Venissimo provided me with EXACTLY what i wanted. A wedding "cake" made of cheese; yes REAL cheese, not a cheesecake. We had four kinds of gourmet cheese, in full wheels, decorated with flowers and fruit and nuts. It was sO delicious, and so very unamerican. Cheese for dessert! Amazing! We chose Delice de Cremier, a triple cream brie, A raspberry-peach Stilton, Humbolt Fog, and Ossau Iraty, a nutty french sheep's milk cheese. If you like the unconventional, and you think wedding cake is wack anyway, i say, choose cheese.
