Veil & Vine is the team I wanted but didn't know just how much I'd need! From our very first meeting, Allison immediately made me feel like we'd been friends forever with her warm presence. She was the perfect sounding board for all my crazy 2 am thoughts, incredibly organized, and the sweetest soul. Before meeting in person, Allison was very helpful and had answers and resources for all of my questions. As we approached the wedding date, I felt completely comfortable turning the reins over to her (have I mentioned I'm usually a control freak?), which I think is a true testament to her awesomeness. Allison put together a detailed timeline of the day, communicated with all of our other vendors, and made sure I knew we could make any idea happen. From the rehearsal dinner to decor set up and wedding day management, Allison led with love, joy, and the philosophy that experiences matter more than strict timelines. I simply got to enjoy my wedding day and not stress about a single thing because I knew Allison and her team were on top of it all. I truly cannot imagine how the months leading up to and the actual wedding day would have gone without Allison. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, take this as your sign... you need Veil & Vine!

Allison was there for me in every single moment, from creating a timeline with the perfect flow and finalizing the tiniest of logistics to bustling my dress before the reception. Her assistant, equally amazing, even went on a late-night run to pick up our order of 150 McDonald's cheeseburgers- an idea I thought might be a little silly, but Allison insisted that if it was something we wanted, they’d make it happen. And they did, without hesitation.

Allison with Veil and Vine Coordination was absolutely incredible and a dream to work with. She and her team were incredibly flexible, attentive, and detail oriented and let me talk/think through everything for my peace of mind. She helped to communicate with vendors pre-wedding/during the wedding and it was so nice to be able to sit back and have the rehearsal and wedding day flow smoothly without the stress of directing everything myself. It made everything much more manageable and enjoyable. Not to mention, Allison is so lovely, professional, and skillful in her coordination business. She carries herself with grace and holds an impressive balance of kindness and command in each situation that comes her way. We are so grateful to Veil and Vine for all of their help and expertise!!! We got married on April 19th, 2024 in Bishop Arts District and everything went super smoothly thanks to the lead coordinator Tera and her team! We could not be more grateful for their services. I knew a coordinator was something that I wanted since our venue sis not have a get ready space (so I couldn't be onsite at the venue until an hour before we were getting married) and they were able to be onsite to make sure everything was going smoothly. She was able to help with setting up the small things we had at the venue and take off all the stress in the last few months I had before the big day. If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator, I would say go for it! And Veil and Vine were very professional and reasonably priced for it!

Omg, when I tell you Allison is THE wedding coordinator to have, I'm serious. She helped me feel so at ease the last couple of months leading up to the wedding, and got me through our wedding day in a breeze (and I am usually the most anxious person lol). I cannot thank her and her team enough for helping make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

My husband and I couldn't agree more that Veil & Vine was our best investment into our wedding day! Tera and the coordination team were amazing! She made sure everything behind the scenes was running smoothly and any problems or questions were handled by her making our day as bride and groom totally stress free. We had the amazing Allison as our photographer and just from the sneak peaks I can already tell that the photos from our day will be so special, make me cry, and be precious reminders of that day for the rest of our lives. My favorite part of having Veil & Vine coordinate our wedding was that they put emphasis on making the day what we wanted and ensuring that we got time as a couple to just soak in a day that goes by way too fast. I could not recommend Veil & Vine enough for a couple looking for compassionate, fun, on-the-ball, coordinating/photography team!

10/10!! Allison and her team went above and beyond to help us with our big day. She was always available with answers whenever I asked anything. And trust me I had a lot of questions. We would not have been able to do the day without her team by our side. She set up all our decor while we were getting ready, was constantly asking us if we needed anything throughout the night etc. she wanted to make the day about us and she did just that. I highly highly recommend using her for your wedding coordination.

I highly recommend hiring Allison and her team for wedding coordination services! Allison was great from the moment we hired her team and her communication was always timely. I have nothing but positive things to say!! Our coordinator was Madeline and she was absolutely amazing. If there were any hiccups in the day, I definitely didn’t know because she handled everything absolutely perfectly. She made my wedding dream happen and I felt so stress free during the wedding day!
