Invaluable Day-Of-Coordinating Service!
Working with Morgan and her team was one of the highlights of my wedding planning process! Southern Enchantments truly made my wedding day seamless! Working as my day of coordinator, Morgan’s help was invaluable!! She kept me calm as I planned a wedding in the middle of a pandemic and took the time to make me feel reassured about all of the safety precautions we had in place at the venue. She created my entire day-of-timeline and took care of all the details and made sure my vendors knew where to be and when! She kept updating my timeline to include the small details I would think of, brought up things I didn’t even think of or knew were important, and was always so responsive to my questions leading up to the wedding! We had several meetings to review the timeline and I always felt that she knew exactly what my vision was for the day of. She led my rehearsal and kept my large bridal party in line, using her professionalism and experience to run the ceremony practice smoothly. Her team executed my decor/table set up flawlessly and had no issues following my specific, detailed instructions! There was not one thing out of place! Morgan and her team were always there to grab a missing family member or help button my removable straps when I needed them! Morgan kept everyone to the timeline and even extended my night (cutting in to the cleanup time) so that I could stay on the dance floor as long as possible (knowing that this was a huge priority for me)! She orchestrated our clean up at the venue and got everyone and everything out of there on time, even with less time than we originally intended! I trusted Morgan and her team (Natalie and Darby) with my wedding and they exceeded all expectations! So sad that my wedding is over and I don’t get to work with them anymore! Best Decision We Made!
Where to begin... so grateful we found Morgan and Monica to work with on our big day. I had no idea how much really goes into the planning process but felt at ease after we began working with these two. They kept us on track with our timeline ensuring we met key milestones, quick to reply to any of our questions, instrumental in putting our day of timeline together and coordinating with all our vendors (!!!) and oh so patient as my husband and I changed our minds 100 times! On the day of, Morgan and Monica were there to keep us updated on where what was happening next speeches, cake cutting, specialty dances, photos etc. They are perfect duo and are exactly who you want to be in charge of making decisions for the biggest day of your life.
