When I was considering music for my wedding, there was no other choice! Verlaine made it so easy for me - he provided a list of suggestions and when I told him I wanted something slightly atypical for me to walk down the aisle he offered me a number of thoughtful options. We Skyped leading up to the wedding to discuss logistics. I had booked a harpist through my wedding venue separately (who Verlaine would not be able to rehearse with in advance), and Verlaine and the harpest came together in the minutes leading up to my ceremony and seamlessly played the most beautiful rendition of Meditation from Thais by Massenet. My dad hummed along all the way down the aisle. It was truly one of the best moments of my life. I’ll never forget it - and neither will my dad, who still brings up that wonderful moment. If he’s still doing this in 25 years, I’ll book him for my children’s weddings!

I’m so happy to have had Verlaine as our wedding violinist. He was very responsive, accommodating, prepared and prompt. I highly recommend him!

Verlaine and his brother Oliver performed masterfully at my wedding. Without being instructed, they arrived early to provide music for the guests as they arrived. They played throughout the ceremony, and just about every guest RAVED to us about what I nice touch having love violinists perform at the wedding. I highly recommend them!

I had seen videos and heard Verlaine play at other people’s wedding and was enamored with everything I heard so when my husband and I got engaged, he was one of the first people I knew we needed to confirm for our big day. We were not interested in the more traditional wedding songs and V was 100% on board with our vision and playing the songs we wanted. We got a lot of compliments on the music choices and we were grateful V was such a huge part of our big day!!
