If I had to describe Urbana Catering Concepts in one word it would be MAGIC. Chef Vaughn Williams and his team were amazing. With more than 300 people at our wedding reception with a plated dinner, he worked in tight quarters to make our wedding reception amazing.

We cannot begin to thank him enough for making it happen.

The food was absolutely delicious! ! My family and guest are still talking about how good the food was. Would recommend and use urbana catering! I'm still eating some of the food! Vaughn Williams is awesome in the kitchen! !!

Vaughn provide a MEAL not just food for our cocktail hour and reception. All of our guest ranted and raved about the taste of the food. The most common phrase throughout the night was "this does not take like catered food." I highly recommend Urbana Catering Concepts!!!!

Chef Vaughn food is absolutely amazing!!!! Very flavorful and tasty. He was a very nice man who can cook! I'm not too thrill regarding his service staff because they were a little slow with serving the food. And one of the staff wasted some of our expensive champagne because she seem a little inexperience regarding pouring. But Chef Vaughn was there at the wedding and came out and greeted us. He was outstanding!

Chef Vaughn of Urbana Catering and his staff did an outstanding job of catering my wedding. The food was very tasty and my guest really enjoyed. I was not sure what to expect being that it was a buffet but Chef Vaughn out did himself. Reasonable prices with top notch service.

My experience with this vendor was mediocre. All of the food items requested by my husband and I were present on the buffet however some of my guests did not receive certain food items for reasons that do not make sense. Also, the service was poor due to the fact that there were only 3-4 waiters available for a 200 guest which made access to drink refills, condiments, highly unattainable. Also my wedding party did not receive their plated meals in a timely fashion. They wanted for quite sometime before they received their meals. The DJ actually received his meal before my wedding party, but this particular dilemma had more to do with the wedding coordinator lack of organization. There was no dressing on the tables for the salads and many people did not even eat their salads because they did not receive dressing. All in all, service and access to food in a timely fashion was poor. In closing, I would not recommend this vendor to anyone. Thank you
