Pat and Uptown Appalachia were one of the easiest choices in our wedding planning process!

- Pat was as easy to communicate with as an old friend and was happy to accommodate anything we asked. We even had to ask to add some playing time to the band’s schedule fairly close to the wedding and he could not have been kinder about accepting the change.

- The price for all 3 musicians was much more reasonable than other options we had considered and we felt we received more than we payed. Our venue was also a little remote but there were no issues with travel.

- All 3 gentleman were dressed appropriately and provided all the equipment they needed to create the perfect event. Not to mention, they sounded awesome! Guests still talk about how much they enjoyed the music, including memorable covers of Tall, Tall Trees by Alan Jackson and Two of a Kind, Workin’ on a Full House by Garth Brooks.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better band for our wedding day. They are easily one of the most enjoyable acoustic bands we’ve ever experienced at a wedding. From the first note, they created an atmosphere that felt elegant, romantic, and incredibly personal.

They brought wholesome, authentic mountain vibes — warm harmonies, beautiful acoustic sound, and a genuine presence that never felt overdone. The ceremony music was breathtaking, and throughout the evening they struck the perfect balance between intimate and uplifting.

As a family, we were looking for a high-quality bluegrass sound without being too loud and Uptown Appalachia delivered exactly that. They were prompt, set up early, and were completely self-contained. The sound quality was perfect-clear, not overwhelming and just a joy to listen to. Their professionalism made the entire process stress-free, not to mentions they were expert musicians and left the guests in awe!

We were looking to have a “little something extra” for our daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner and Patrick/Uptown Appalachia provided above and beyond what we had hoped for! They were fabulous from the start of the booking process through the end of the event! So easy to communicate with about details and making sure they knew our vision for the night. They were fabulous; picked up the vibe immediately. Beautiful music from beautiful people who felt like friends. There were no problems at all…arrived on time, had everything they needed, and started on time. These are talented musicians who love to play and love the people they play for. We are so thankful to have had Uptown Appalachia help make our family’s celebration so memorable!
