Hiring the Chunky Daddy band was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!! From the first email with them until the wedding day, they were so responsive and easy to work with. They listened to all of my questions and went above and beyond to give us a seamless experience. They discussed with us what kind of music we preferred beforehand and did exactly what we asked for. They are so talented and fun!! Definitely definitely recommend!

We used a four piece group from the Chunky Daddy band for our wedding and they were amazing! We were able to pick how many band members and what instruments we wanted which we found to be perfect for our venue. They catered to the songs we requested, our guests requested, kept everyone entertained all evening, and were very easy to work with for scheduling. Hiring Chunky Daddy was hands-down one of the best decisions my kids made for their wedding day (2 of my chidren have used them)! From their first song to the final encore, they brought incredible energy, musical talent, and nonstop fun to our reception. Today has been 1 month since our wedding day, and our guests are STILL talking about how incredible the band was. From the first conversation with Matt, we knew these were our people. So easy going and approachable. Very professional.
Chunky Daddy was very responsive to texts, emails, and phone calls throughout the planning process. We love that they ask us to choose our ceremony music but also provide the option for them to choose it. We also love that the reception music included a variety of fast and slow songs, and songs from different eras and genres. Every band member was incredible -- their voices, their music, their personalities. We would hire them again and again for any event we need music. We seriously cannot say it enough....you need this band for your wedding!!

Chunky Daddy performed at our 2/17/24 wedding and it was a SHOW! They played nice dinner music and then when we opened up the dance floor, they really had the entire wedding dancing! Everyone has raves about how awesome the performance was and several guests asked us for their information for their own future events! They also provided mics, sound, and played our selected music for the ceremony and cocktail hour in additional to the music they performed at the reception. They were awesome to work with, and we are so grateful for helping us have the wedding dance party of our dreams.

We booked Chunky Daddy for my daughter's wedding in Hendersonville, NC and they were amazing!! Matt was always very quick to get back to me and very accommodating. The band arrived in plenty of time to set up and sound check before the reception started and were very professional. The best part, though, was that they sounded AWESOME! My husband is a musician and can be pretty critical of other bands - he was blown away by the talent of Chunky Daddy. Our guests danced all night and everyone had the best time. If you have the opportunity to hire this band, do not hesitate!!

I’m a sucker for a good band and this was the one thing I cared about the MOST at my wedding. These guys NAILED it! They performed at our wedding a couple nights ago and I cant tell you how many people kept commenting on how talented they were. Chunky Daddy exceeded our expectations! Everyone truly enjoyed Chunky Daddy and all of our guests went on and on about how great they were. Most importantly, Matt was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Sometimes bands can be difficult to work with and lack communication, but not this one!!
