An awesome experience
I decided very early on that I would plan my own wedding. From start to finish, the Cordrè team made planning for catering a breeze. They were very easy to get in touch with and able to answer all of my questions.
We REALLY enjoyed the tasting, especially my husband. My husband and I recieved full plated dinners which were delicious. Although we finished our entire meals, togo boxes were provided as well. We were also able to use the china plates and silverware that would be provided for our wedding. During the tasting, we discussed every detail with the Sales Director, Mari. She was delightful to work with!
The day of the wedding went extremely well from the cocktail hour to dinner. Weeks after our wedding our guests not only raved about the food, but also the professionalism that each staff member exemplified.

Working with Cordre catering was absolutely amazing. Not only is the food superb but their customer service experience is extremely wonderful. Working with their Director of Sales Mari was great because she was always paying attention to detail and going the extra mile by getting to know my clients theme and color scheme of their wedding. Once she got to know the client she even ensured that the catering staff brought extra flowers and decor arrangements that matched the clients wedding theme to add to their already beautiful buffet setup. Manuel, the owner was present during the wedding and was super professional and pleasant to be around! He consistently made sure that he and his staff exceeded the clients expectations. The food was not only delicious it was superb. I can't wait to work with Cordre catering again soon!
