Debra is truly one of the most incredible individuals I have ever met. From day 1, she treated my husband and I like family and made the entire wedding process a seamless and fun experience. Debra and her team truly made our wedding one of the most wonderful days of our lives. Their professionalism, organization, communication skills, impeccable planning, attention to detail, and creative eye for beautiful decor are just outstanding. But most importantly, their kindness, patience, and continued love & support made all the difference. Debra was always easy to communicate with, flexible (and believe me, I made so many changes, it's amazing that she could keep up with my frantic and indecisive brain!), and brought SO much positive, loving, and fun energy! I will cherish all the laughs we shared throughout the planning process as well as the day-of giggles! Debra's positive energy and laughter is so contagious in the BEST way!! Debra and her team went above and beyond to make us feel special, loved, and celebrated, and we didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day, as she handled everything perfectly and I fully trusted her to make our vision come to life! From the moment we first met I knew Debra was going to make our day something special. If it mattered to us, it mattered to her. The wedding process can be so overwhelming but with her help I was virtually stress free. She seamlessly was able to coordinate with all of our vendors and give me a play by play of what my options were as well as a detailed list of what tasks we needed to complete. A good planner makes a good wedding, a great planner makes a great wedding, but having Debra on your team makes for an outstanding out of this world wedding. We are so grateful we hired Debra and her team! Initially, we didn’t plan to hire a coordinator. Our wedding was relatively simple with a medium guest list, minimal wedding party, and a hands-on venue (Bridge Club) that handled food, drinks, and service staff. But after hearing from friends who’d gotten married, I decided to set up a call with Debra to see if it was worth the investment for us. I can confirm that it was 100% absolutely worth it! I had no idea how many details go into even a "simple" wedding, but Debra and her team handled everything flawlessly. She has the perfect personality for this work. Debra worked on our wedding as a "day-of" coordinator assigned by the venue - but she went above and beyond that job description. She worked with us in the months before our wedding to gently and expertly guide us on event planning best practices, dos and don'ts to get the party going, and herding the cats that were our army of vendors. Debra really took care to ensure she knew every detail and expectation we had, so that on the day, we could sit back and know the logistics were in great hands. She was incredible!

EDIT: a few months later and we're STILL learning some of the amazing things Debra did to keep us (blissfully) unaware of some minor chaos moments and ensure everything went smoothly. Thank you Debra!

Do yourself a favor and hire Debra and her team! I am very type A, organized, and overall a planner and I COULD NOT have gotten through my engagement and wedding without Debra! Debra is a calming and positive presence during the hectic planning process. I personally did not love wedding planning and she helped me navigate the challenges and deadlines. She has tools to keep you on track and organized and takes things off your plate so you can enjoy being engaged and breathe a little.

She secured me the most amazing chair vendor at the last minute after the one I initially found flaked, setup everything on site day of so my family and I could enjoy the wedding day, and packed everything to go at the end of the night. She came and saw me as I was getting ready day of and was by my side/in the background the entire rest of the day.

The week of my wedding I felt like everything was falling apart- work was crazy busy, I was coming down with a cold, it looked like it was going to rain for my outdoor wedding, and I received last minute table changes from family members. Debra constantly checked in with me, offered helpful advice, and took everything off my plate that she could. She is such a joy to work with and I am genuinely sad we don't have anymore planning meetings. I'm already thinking maybe we do a fun 40th bday party in the coming years.

A few things that set Debra apart when I was interviewing people to work with.
1- She is there the day of your wedding. Some planners may have a different teammate on your wedding day.
2- It is super easy to schedule meetings with her and she is great with availability
3- She is so happy and positive- you need her sunshine!
4-Her planning coordination package starts 90 days out- a lot of other planners start 30 days out. Honestly I don't know how I would have gotten through those last few months without her. I definitely needed assistance during those critical 90 days!
