UNMC was the perfect location for my wedding ceremony in DC. It was conveniently close to metro stations and my hotel for reception. Also, Laura was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning, extremely nice and accomodating. From the tour, to rehearsal, to the day of my wedding, I had absolutely no issues or concerns. She even allowed us to gain access to the church earlier than we expected on the wedding day, so the officiant and bridal party could be on time. What I liked most was the beauty of this church! The sanctuary is stunning, all of my photos came out beautiful. And, there were separate holding rooms provided for the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and officiant. The parking lot across the street can be rented for couples that have a lot of guests with cars. Only downside is if couples go over their reserved time at the church, pricing is very expensive, so stick to a schedule! I would definitely recommend.

We loved having our ceremony at UNMC! The feel was just what we were looking for and the stained glass is stunning. The only trouble we had was that the parking lot they typically rent was not available for our wedding so we ended up hiring a valet service. The seems to be unusual, but can happen. Loved the bridal waiting room and the library for the groom. Overall, it provided the perfect setting for our 140 person wedding.

This church is very beautiful inside. They offer (additional cost) parking lot for your guests to park on the day of the wedding -- which is good. The church coordinator here is Leila Chamberlin who is awful to work with. We were thankful to have our own wedding coordinator who directed the flow of things on the day of our wedding. Leila is very rude and forgetful with everything. She could not for the life of her remember my name I had to repeat myself all throughout the year we had contact with her. I have no idea how this place can run with her in charge. She has office hours to which she does not stick to, she does not reply back to emails, or phone calls. Like I've said the church is beautiful but the church coordinator needs to be replaced with someone who's more professional and friendly to brides and grooms. The church I rate a 4.5 (.5 off for additional cost of parking), but with the current church coordinator it was to be 1.3/5.
