As a Confectionery Artist I started working in a bakery at the ages of 13. I have baked, and specialized in, wedding cakes and landmark anniversary cake, 25th and 50th. I have been making dreams come true since 1996 from my home in Salem. Oregon.

Uniquely Cakes, LLC was chosen for the name of my business because of the very unique, moisture-rich flavor my cakes have.

Your consultation is in the comfort and privacy of my home. Because the work is done in my home, instead of a shop, I can provide a more affordable price for my clients.

Best and Most Beautiful

Our experience with Rochelle and Uniquely Cakes, was the best, we sampled four different flavors and fillings of our choice and had a family event , it was a blast. The cakes are the most moist and favorable cakes we have ever eaten, and her service , attention to detail was awesome. Rochelle listened to what we were looking for and helped us with the type of cake and amount based on our needs. If you are looking for a wedding cake go no further "Uniquely Cakes" is the best. Thank you Rochelle for helping to make our day great.

My wife and I had the pleasure of hiring Rochelle to design and create our wedding cake for our special day on July 5th 2015. I have met with many different cake decorators but Rochelle stood out Above the Rest. Her attention to detail, and the beauty of the cakes that she designs made her a hit at our wedding. Everyone I spoke to was so impressed on how most and delicious the cakes were. What I especially love and appreciate about Rochelle is that she feels like family, I can't wait to go back to her for anniversaries and birthdays.

Rochelle made the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake for our special day! We are beyond thrilled about the final outcome, the appearance, flavor and great experience. We couldn't be happier and so thankful we found Uniquely Cakes! We got numerous compliments from our guests and the cake was almost gone because it was such a hit. When selecting our vendors for our wedding, everyone knew about Uniquely Cakes and said we were in great hands. I would highly recommend Uniquely Cakes to everyone and can confirm you will have wonderful and tasty results!

Moist, creative, beautiful and a good value!

Rochelle made the cakes for my retirement party. They were delicious and beautifully done. Unlike other cakes that are often decorated by other professionals, Rochelles are very moist and tasty! All of them I have ever tasted are that way and beyond creative and gorgeous! Great value per slice too!

The best; hire her

Cannot recommend Rochelle enough for wedding cakes. She made us a two-tier cake for our wedding party and a whole bunch of cupcakes for the guests. Her prices are VERY reasonable. From the very first tasting all the way to the big day, Rochelle was a joy to work with -- responsive, flexible, professional, and best of all pleasant and kind. We postponed a year due to COVID and Rochelle made it very easy to switch the date. And, of course, the cake was SO delicious and lovely and our guests gushed about it. Hire her!

Rochelle's cake was gorgeous and absolutely delicious, and as the bride I didn't have to do anything other than try the samples and choose the flavor/design. She was completely flexible with delivery and setup when my reception logistics became a little crazy, and cooperated very smoothly with my florist on getting the decor flowers for the cake taken care of.

Delicious Cake

Uniquely Cakes did an amazing job of making my cake dreams come to life! We did a 3 tiered square barely frosted cake and it was delicious! We had white cake with raspberry filling and Red velvet with buttercream frosting and it was so moist and delicious! We also had cupcakes that were the above flavors plus lemon! She was so nice and easy to work with and I couldn’t have asked for a better cake! Can’t wait to get our 1st anniversary cake from her in a year!
