We are an attentive catering team, specializing in personalized customer service. We love food and we love to serve. Call us for your next event, big or small. We work with each of our clients on an individualized basis to create menus within specified budgets. In ADDITION to our catering, try our slow smoked meats for your next event or family gathering. We do the standard brisket, pulled pork and ribs. We can also go more upscale and do tri-tip or prime rib. Chicken? No problem. Salmon? Sure. If it can be smoked, we'll do it. We've been told by a customer that we are better than the biggest best known BBQ chain in the area. Bold claim? Maybe, but try us for yourselves and decide. We can do full service catering where we come and serve everything or we can do it take out style where we just bring the pans of meat and you take care of serving.

Highly recommend!

Excellent people, delicious food, fantastic service, I could go on and on! They did everything from cocktail hour to dessert and I would work with them again in a heart beat. Thank you, Vicki and team!!

This wedding planner recommends 'em!

Absolutely amazing!

We had to change many things about our wedding due to COVID and this catering company was SO flexible and gracious with every little thing we needed to tweak. Not to mention... the food is incredible. Highly recommend!

Great food!!!

We are so happy we had two chicks and a rooster cater for us! We had so many compliments on the food. It was delicious!
Vicki was very friendly and made my husband and I feel so special. She’s very thoughtful of the bride and groom. She made sure we had food and took care of the little details. They are wonderful and you won’t be disappointed!

Great food

They were good with working with us to develop a menu and reaching to the venue to determine details on the food and service. During the wedding the staff was friendly and responsive. Our guests gave numerous compliments on the food.

Delicious Food, Great Caterer!

We are so happy that we chose Vicki and Two Chicks and a Rooster to cater our wedding in September! We chose a taco bar, which was delicious and our guests are still talking about the food! The presentation of the food was great as well. We also chose appetizers and mini-cupcakes for our dessert table. The cupcakes were a hit! Vicki is a great communicator, and was able to answer all of questions quickly and with great detail. Her staff on the day of the wedding was professional and friendly as well. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, we highly recommend!

Two Chicks & a Rooster did a great job on our dinner. Our guests enjoyed their dinner and we appreciated the service. They were flexible to accommodate all food preferences of our guests and come up with a variety of options within our budget. We would recommend them to all of our friends.

Our food was AMAZING!!! It was served hot, and we were actually running ahead of schedule which made it really tough for our guests to wait for dinner. 2C&aR accommodated, and our guests were happy!! Every hiccup that happened, they worked around it and got through it flawlessly. Our guests LOVED the food - they complemented us endlessly on it. Not to mention, Vicki might be the nicest person on the planet. So easy to work with and I really enjoyed working with her!!

From start to finish Vicki and the staff wonderful.. The food was great. They all were on point from the kitchen to the servers and the bartender. we did not have to worry about a thing.. Every one commented on the food and I was more than happy to share their name!!
