We are so happy we had two chicks and a rooster cater for us! We had so many compliments on the food. It was delicious!
Vicki was very friendly and made my husband and I feel so special. She’s very thoughtful of the bride and groom. She made sure we had food and took care of the little details. They are wonderful and you won’t be disappointed! -

They were good with working with us to develop a menu and reaching to the venue to determine details on the food and service. During the wedding the staff was friendly and responsive. Our guests gave numerous compliments on the food. -

We are so happy that we chose Vicki and Two Chicks and a Rooster to cater our wedding in September! We chose a taco bar, which was delicious and our guests are still talking about the food! The presentation of the food was great as well. We also chose appetizers and mini-cupcakes for our dessert table. The cupcakes were a hit! Vicki is a great communicator, and was able to answer all of questions quickly and with great detail. Her staff on the day of the wedding was professional and friendly as well. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, we highly recommend! -

It was served hot, and we were actually running ahead of schedule which made it really tough for our guests to wait for dinner. 2C&aR accommodated, and our guests were happy!! Every hiccup that happened, they worked around it and got through it flawlessly. Our guests LOVED the food - they complemented us endlessly on it. Not to mention, Vicki might be the nicest person on the planet. So easy to work with and I really enjoyed working with her!!

Kimberly Sent on 08/07/2014I was highly disappointed with my choice. Our first initial visit was great. I wanted something simple and food that would fit our palates. I was very optimistic after meeting with Vicki that she knew what we wanted.
Bring on the day of the wedding. I am upstairs getting ready and Vicki comes in to let me know what is going on and how things are progressing. Her first thing she commented on was the amount of alcohol we had, she keep stressing that we had a lot of alcohol. I know how much alcohol we have, we bought it. Then she told me her staff was her 17 yr old son who has never worked a wedding before. Once it was time to eat, all of which I could have made at home. There was no spoon for the Au jus for the tri tip which was bland, the chicken was just that chicken, the mashed potatoes were cold, and I was the first to get my food.
The real truth came out after the wedding though. Once I talked to my family and how absolutely RUDE Vicki was to them. I had a total of 105 guests and about 85-90 showed up. THERE WASN"T ENOUGH FOOD!!! Some people didn't get food. My guests asked for more mashed potatoes and were told there was no more and that she couldn't control how much people took and that they were only supposed to take an ounce of each food. WHAT??? It is a buffet you make more with the expectations that people are going to take more. I paid for at least 20 more guest the what showed up and I didn't have enough food.
Time for the toast and the champagne wasn't ready. My dj was told that I hadn't chilled the champagne! You hired a bartender for my wedding why was it MY responsibility to chill the champagne for MY wedding?
I feel that this service was unprofessional, inadequate, overpriced for the taste and amount of food.
On a good note the bartender that was hired was great (not Vicki's employee)
