We are so happy we had two chicks and a rooster cater for us! We had so many compliments on the food. It was delicious!
Vicki was very friendly and made my husband and I feel so special. She’s very thoughtful of the bride and groom. She made sure we had food and took care of the little details. They are wonderful and you won’t be disappointed! -

They were good with working with us to develop a menu and reaching to the venue to determine details on the food and service. During the wedding the staff was friendly and responsive. Our guests gave numerous compliments on the food. -

We are so happy that we chose Vicki and Two Chicks and a Rooster to cater our wedding in September! We chose a taco bar, which was delicious and our guests are still talking about the food! The presentation of the food was great as well. We also chose appetizers and mini-cupcakes for our dessert table. The cupcakes were a hit! Vicki is a great communicator, and was able to answer all of questions quickly and with great detail. Her staff on the day of the wedding was professional and friendly as well. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, we highly recommend! -

It was served hot, and we were actually running ahead of schedule which made it really tough for our guests to wait for dinner. 2C&aR accommodated, and our guests were happy!! Every hiccup that happened, they worked around it and got through it flawlessly. Our guests LOVED the food - they complemented us endlessly on it. Not to mention, Vicki might be the nicest person on the planet. So easy to work with and I really enjoyed working with her!!

User967965 Sent on 10/10/2012The food was EXCELLENT and very reasonable. Two Chicks prepared a wonderful buffet and also acted as bartender for our event. The food was incredible and Vicki and her staff are so friendly and easy to work with. I would definately recommend them for any event.

User1085598 Sent on 02/05/2013They catered a small wedding, There was A LOT of miscommunication and a lack of understanding on their end about the details of the menu. Everything looked really nice but it was all served cold, I don't know anyone that would want chicken and meatballs served cold. The price was much lower then others that I could find, but I still expected a hot meal to be served. They did provide a bartender, who called in sick the day of my wedding and a last minute replacement had to be found, and the VENUE was the one that made arrangements. I was also told to bring in my own cups for the bar, along with garnishes, however they supplied those anyway and I didn't get a refund for what I was told to purchase. I will say the BBQ that was there was fabulous. I would recommend them if you really specify EVERY DETAIL OF YOUR MEAL or you don't really care about it.

The food at my wedding was fine (not amazing, but fine) and my guests were all happy, but I certainly wasn't. We picked a menu that was so simple that we could execute it ourselves, but were happy to finally find a caterer in our price range so we didn't have to. In our first meeting we discussed some very specific things I was interested in, and some possibilities for food. Her inexperience was apparent but she seemed eager and willing to please. After the first meeting, it really went downhill. I found her communication to be sporadic, unprofessional and uncomfortable. We did finally have a conversation that seemed positive about a week before the wedding, so I was optimistic, but I shouldn't have been. One of the things that was very important to me was how the buffet was displayed and the food was served. It was 100% the opposite of what I asked for, and I really did not like how it looked. The plates she provided were ridiculously small. I had a number of people cancel right before the wedding, and we talked specifically before the wedding about her bringing food for the full number I paid for, and sending leftovers with my friends and family. I found out after the fact that the only leftovers were the things *I* provided, so she ripped me off for the cost of about 15 people. She also tried to cut off my officiant immediately after the ceremony, though he was nowhere near drunk (she may have some weird religious issue with drinking, I think, after a few awkward conversations about serving alcohol), and she also got incredibly out-of-line judgmental about the fact that I was getting my dress dirty (it was fine and not her business). Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service, feel I overpaid, and wish that we had just done the food ourselves, or paid more to have a truly experienced, professional caterer.

We were very surprised to receive this review, considering that during our consultations and the event itself, neither you nor any of your group, expressed any dissatisfaction. As you can see from our many other reviews, we work diligently to be accommodating and flexible to the needs of our guests. We can honestly say that we are as disappointed as you are that we fell short in making your special day the event that you envisioned.
