Loreen was always easy to get ahold of through text, phone or email and was quick to answer any questions we had. It was convenient having her in Chelan and nice to have a contact there since we aren’t from Chelan and don’t live there. She helped us choose vendors and guided us through every step of the wedding planning process. She was professional, honest, and knowledgeable with all her wedding planning experience. Having her there on the wedding day was incredibly helpful. It was so nice not to have to stress about little details because I knew she had it covered! Thank you for coordinating our beautiful wedding!

It is so hard to sum up in a review how amazing Loreen is. She made our day so amazing and helped us plan such a special day. She is detail oriented, thoughtful, organized, and such a hard worker. First of all, I don't know how anyone can plan a wedding without Loreen. She is seriously the best and worth every penny! We chose her "full package" and I'm so glad we did. She was extremely organized without overwhelming us with too many things at once. She has so many connections with vendors in the area too, which is super nice! She helped plan our wedding during Covid so there was a lot of re-planning because of that, but she was amazing the whole time and helped us never feel panicked. The weekend of the wedding, she was beyond organized as well. She made sure she had all the info she needed so we could enjoy our wedding day. Everything went so smoothly- I do not have one complaint. She is also the most sweetest person ever so that's a nice bonus too ❤ We are forever grateful for her and for her love of weddings, attention to detail, eye for design and kind heart!

We hired Loreen for the day of which included the rehearsal the day before. Loreen and her assistant which is her husband Steve did an AMAZING... job! Loreen went over every, single, little detail you can possibly imagine. They set up all our decorations we brought in, and they worked with all the vendors so well to make sure everyone was on the same page. I was very particular with the ceremony song being timed just right and she had no problem having us go over it many times to make sure it was just right. Loreen is a perfectionist which makes her a perfect wedding planner! Loreen & Steve also packed up all our decorations afterwards & we picked them up from her house the next morning. They truly are a great team and she is worth every penny, and the only way you would be disappointed is if you did not hire Loreen. We kept saying to ourselves there is no way we could do this without her!

I highly recommend Loreen. Having her help with my daughter's wedding in Chelan was invaluable. Her calm, understanding and capable nature made the entire process from planning to celebrating flow smoothly. Loreen and her husband are a great team that do a wonderful job of making your vision come to life. Their positive and let's make this happen attitude is very refreshing. Sometimes with large events the little details can be overlooked, not with this team, they cover it all. It was a pleasure working with both of them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Loreen was simply a gem to work with for our July wedding!! Hiring her back in November was probably the smartest thing we did planning our wedding. She is a wonderful source to go to for finding vendors and was great helping us think about decor. She always made herself available when we came to town to meet with vendors. We simply cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She is just the best.
I would recommend her to anyone looking to have a wedding in the Lake Chelan area. Her and her husband are some the hardest workers out there. They helped with our welcome dinner/luau the night before our wedding, and then pretty much all day Saturday and Sunday. If you are thinking about hiring a day-of coordinator, DO IT! It makes it SO much easier on your parents and the rest of the wedding party and friends. It really helps to have someone with experience in charge who understands your vision and can make things work. It also makes it much easier leading up to the wedding for your vendors so they are not all coming to you, and you can focus on enjoying your day with the one you love.

Loreen was truly amazing! I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was in taking my ideas, wants, and needs, and weaving them together in a seamless fashion. She helped me through the process of figuring out what was realistic and what things I absolutely couldn't live without. I hired Loreen for my 6/16 wedding at Karma Vineyards and all I can say is - WOW! She completely went above and beyond all my expectations. I honestly do not know what I would have done without her - she was the best money I spent on anything for the wedding! She was always so prompt and quick to assist me with any situation that came up.
