Loreen was always easy to get ahold of through text, phone or email and was quick to answer any questions we had. It was convenient having her in Chelan and nice to have a contact there since we aren’t from Chelan and don’t live there. She helped us choose vendors and guided us through every step of the wedding planning process. She was professional, honest, and knowledgeable with all her wedding planning experience. Having her there on the wedding day was incredibly helpful. It was so nice not to have to stress about little details because I knew she had it covered! Thank you for coordinating our beautiful wedding!

Ellie was truly incredible!! Our wedding would not have been the same without her. She was friendly and organized throughout the whole planning and coordination process. My family and I were able to sit back and enjoy our day while Ellie made everything happen around us. She was also so encouraging and calm making sure the day came together exactly how we imagined it. I would recommend Ellie to anyone planning a wedding or an event.

We’re so grateful to Kylie at Chelan Shindigs for the absolutely beautiful work she did for our wedding. Kylie followed my vision boards so closely and brought everything to life exactly how I imagined. The white and green palette, the gorgeous greenery, and especially the way she styled the arches were spot on. She added the perfect light dusting of vines to soften them and blend them naturally into the scenery — it all looked so seamless and intentional. She also followed my vision for the bouquets perfectly, and they turned out so natural and stunning. They were exactly what I had hoped for, and so many guests noticed and complimented how beautiful they were. Kylie truly has an incredible eye for detail and knows how to bring a vision to life without overdoing it. Everything felt elegant, thoughtful, and just right for our setting and style. On top of that, she was so kind and easy to work with — especially with us planning everything from overseas. She even let us ship our signs and props to her house, which was such a help and took a huge load off our shoulders. Kylie worked calmly and seamlessly behind the scenes, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to be part of our day. We highly recommend Chelan Shindigs to any couple looking for someone who truly understands your vision and brings it to life with care, talent, and heart.
