Sophie was so great to work with. I felt during the whole process that she was more of a friend helping me plan my wedding rather than just a wedding planner.

My family and now husband and I could not be more thankful for Hayley and HAYLO Weddings & Events! From our first meeting Hayley attended to every detail and was so warm, calming, organized, and personable! I loved that she helped to donate our flowers the next day and that anything that could have been an issue or a possible concern was handled so seamlessly that there were no issues or worries. The whole wedding weekend was so perfect, fun, and full of love. My Dad commented that we could all really be so present and just there to enjoy every minute as we knew that everything else was taken care of! Being detail oriented myself I thought that Hayley did an excellent job of putting together a schedule for the day of the wedding and then working with all our other venders, family, guests and us to make sure the day of (and the rehearsal) ran smoothly. Hayley and her assistant started their day when I did and were busy setting up the little details and getting my dress to the venue while I got pampered and spent time with my bridesmaids. Lastly, at our reception we spent all night on the dance floor, and when my bustle failed…she had safety pins at the ready! So, thank you Hayley and HAYLO for everything and for just being a part of our celebration and a key component to it all turning out how it did! Which was just perfect, fun, and full of beautiful memories!

We hired Ashley for her 'Forget me Not' package for our July 2017 wedding. She met with us once right after we hired her, once a month before the wedding, and then at the rehearsal. Throughout the planning she is available for unlimited emails and texts. On the day of the wedding, I was a little surprised that i barely saw her, but I guess that's because she was busy doing her job! She set up all of our decor and did an awesome job. She also coordinated all of our vendors a few days before the wedding. I know her team made sure people found their escort cards and that the bridal party all had their flowers. Our wedding went perfectly, and we're so happy Ashley was there for us.

Sarah with Wild with Joy events was recommended to me from the owner of my venue, and I am so so glad I got into touch with her! She helped with my day-of wedding coordination! (But quite honestly she was there for most of the process which I am so thankful!) Sarah was such a joy to work with, and made me feel so confident in all the choices that I was making for my big day! She has incredible style, and I was amazed at her gorgeous decorating of our venue! She really tied in my “Fall” theme beautifully! It looked straight out of a glamorous magazine!! Sarah was so sweet, and was adamant that I could reach out to her, day or night, for whatever I may need (which I totally took her up on that offer lol) She took all of my stress completely off my shoulders. I couldn’t of imagined my most important day, my wedding, without the help of Sarah!!! Thank you for making my wedding planning a breeze!

Ever was awesome! She's so sweet and we're so glad we hired her for day of coordination. She made sure everything kept flowing and kept our wedding on track. She handled so many little details that I didn't have the time to think about on our big day. She even worked with me leading up to the big day to make sure everything was on track and coming together as it should. I'm so thankful for her, especially because we didn't think a coordinator was in our budget, but Ever is affordable and SO worth it. Thank you Ever!!

Working with Alix was an absolute pleasure. From the initial planning through the day of execution. Alix is the most detailed orientated person I know and the entire event went off without a hitch. Her level of professionalism and knowledge of vendors in the industry is unrivaled. I highly recommend Pettibone Events. She will take great care of you and you won't be disappointed.

Kandice with By Your Side Events-PNW was amazing to work with while planning my wedding. I cannot imagine my day without the help and coordination of Kandice. She was great at helping me stay organized and communicating with vendors and ultimately making the vision of our wedding day come to fruition. I appreciated her flexibility, constant communication and problem solving throughout the planning process. If you are looking for a wedding planner in the Spokane/CdA area, I'd would definitely recommend Kandice.
