I knew going into my wedding that I wanted a Day of Coordinator for the event. I work in Philanthropy so I've helped at a lot of events so I know first hand how important having a coordinator is. I did a lot of research on Day of Coordinators in the area and the moment I talked to Sydney I knew she was who I wanted to hire. She is outstanding! As a covid bride I worried about a lot, but Sydney was always there to offer advice and reassure me. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony with our reception under a tent and well when the weekend rolled the forecast called for rain the whole time. Sydney helped me come up with a back up plan in case of rain. Day of, it rained most of the day with a slight break around when the ceremony was to be so my friends were encouraging me to move the ceremony outside. I asked Sydney what she thought and she had the best response. She told me as a vendor she would advise me not to do it, but as my coordinator she would do whatever I wanted. It was perfect response. I opted to keep everything under the tent, which thank goodness I did because right as we said our vows it started to down pour. If you want a coordinator that will help, guide and encourage you hire Sydney. She executed our vision perfectly and I didn't have to worry about a thing because I knew she was handling it all. Even our venue said she was the best Day of Coordinator they'd worked with. I can't sing her praises enough.

We started working together about a year and a half before our wedding day, and she did an incredible job keeping everything on track. She let us know when we could take a break from wedding planning (which is a gift in itself!) and was consistently responsive and organized throughout the entire process.
We were planning an out-of-state wedding, so having someone like Sydney was especially important. She helped us with a two-day celebration, and on both days it felt like she intuitively knew what we and our guests needed. She is warm, understanding, but doesn't sugar coat it and I LOVE her for that. Our wedding was a destination for us and Sydney was my feet on the ground in Coeur d' Alene. She is incredibly responsive, and always there when you need her. Her eye for design and interpretation of what I envisioned was perfect. I was able to talk through ideas, as vague as they may have been, and she knew where I was headed and put an image to my words. I could not have planned my wedding without her, and I now looking back, I could not envision doing it with anyone else. She will not lead you wrong, and is going to make it the perfect day that YOU want. I am so thankful for Sydney, and I promise you will too.

Sydney really was amazing! We had a lot of ideas about certain things, but were not as sure about other things in regards to how we wanted our wedding to look and feel and she was so helpful in guiding us. She made amazing recommendations for all of our vendors and seriously went above and beyond in answering my 1 million emails throughout the planning process! My only regret is not hiring her for her full service because I know that little bit more help would have taken a lot off my load! On our wedding day we had a lot to navigate and she was so quick to help with whatever we needed and everything turned out beautifully!

After being in a handful of weddings I knew that I wanted to hire a day of coordinator for our wedding. There are many things the day of you just need someone’s help with. Well, Sydney ended up going WAY beyond the expectations that I had. She was literally a lifesaver. We hired Sydney for a Groom's Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Welcome Party that was held at 2 different venues the evening before the wedding. Sydney was friendly, professional, encouraging, and her communication skills were excellent. Whenever I emailed or called Sydney with a question, she quickly responded. I really appreciated her vendor suggestions for flowers. She knew how to move our rehearsal dinner folks along in a friendly manner, so we could stay on schedule, and when we arrived at the welcome party, Sydney was at the welcome table greeting guests with a big friendly smile, and encouraging them to sign the guest book.
