Established in 2006, Event Rents is a full-service, professional special event rental company based out of Spokane, Washington. Serving Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho, we offer a wide scope of gorgeous special event items and can help our clients design their events from the ground up or add to established plans to further enhance their events. We assist with events of all sizes and design to each client's unique vision for their day. We are proud to be the trusted rental company of choice for hosts, planners, caterers, resorts, and hotels throughout the Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho regions. Service areas include Moscow/Pullman, Sandpoint, Medical Lake, Liberty Lake, and Coeur d'alene.
Services Offered
Event Tenting: We offer 4 gorgeous styles and help each client determine what style and size works best for their event needs, location, and budget. Installation and teardown are included in all tent styles offered. Multiple styles of chandeliers, pendants, and string lighting tent packages are also available.
Furniture: 4 styles of farm tables, 13 styles of chairs, 5 styles of bars, all sizes of event tables, multiple lines of china, flatware, glassware, and chargers. 120+ luxury linen colors and types, including table linens, napkins, and runners. 3 styles of dance floors. Climate Control. Catering, cooking, and beverage service items.

Julie was very quick at responding to all of my emails, answering questions and updating the rental list almost instantly. She was one of the most efficient and friendliest people I worked with throughout the whole wedding planning process! I never had to ask her anything twice.
At the end, Julie was out on vacation but still tried to keep checking last emails at the airport! Quincy corresponded with me the last few days before the wedding, which I was nervous about at first (switching to someone else just before the wedding), but he was also fantastic and made that transition super simple.
Event Rents is very professional, has amazing customer service, is clearly experienced, and has its operation pipeline perfected.
