Sophie was so great to work with. I felt during the whole process that she was more of a friend helping me plan my wedding rather than just a wedding planner.

Everything was so easy with the help of Sophie. Seriously the dream team, she knew who to call when I needed vendors, she saw my vision and the entire thing came together flawlessly. Seriously would recommend that you call her! We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

I hired Soiree Event Design's Sophie this past year to coordinate and style my wedding in July. I am still completely blown away with how amazing Sophie was to work with. The day of our event the forecast called for rain (every brides nightmare) Before I had even called Sophie she sent me a text that Rain was good luck and she was coming early to help prepare. WOW! This was THE single best money we spend on our Wedding day. Sophie also stayed our Wedding Photos and tables. The cost was small compared to the work that she presented to us. Ali was absolutely amazing! She coordinated our wedding and took away any worry that I had. From organizing all of the outdoor rentals, helping us get the best bang for our buck and even hunting for a flower girl basket in my in-laws house 20-minutes before the wedding was to take place (a detail I overlooked).

Some people might not hire a coordinator because they think the extra expense isn't worth it, but they are wrong! They alleviate so much stress and it is one expense you won't regret. I highly recommend Ali and the Soiree team!

Giving me some great vendor recommendations, and making sure we considered everything needed for a residential wedding. My husband and I used Soiree for both our April 2014 wedding and for my December 2013 bridal shower. Before I get into a detailed review, let me just highly recommend Soiree upfront with 5 stars!

My husband and I live on the East Coast, but were getting married in Spokane. When we were looking for wedding coordinators, we had reached out to 4 in the Spokane area. Within 24 hours, Jessica had responded and given me price quotes. Two other companies I never heard from, and one got back to me a week later. Since we lived so far away, we knew communication by email was key, and Jessica was on top of it.

Jessica was always quick with email turnaround times, and she was always available for a phone call or meeting when we were in town. She gave us a very reasonable price quote, so we hired her for point of contact and day of coordinating services.

Jessica was so organized, calm, and friendly throughout the entire process! She put together an itinerary, receipt, etc, and I didn't have to organize anything on my wedding day. She also worked with various other family members of mine, who were each trying to coordinate some aspect of my wedding. When I first reached out to Soiree, I didn't think I wanted or needed a coordinator, but looking back, it is hands down the best money we spent! I cannot recommend the Soiree team enough.

For the bridal shower, Jessica's partner, Ali, came up to my mom's house, set up the entire living room with decorations, and coordinated the caterers. It went off without a hitch and was fantastic!

Overall, I cannot recommend Soiree enough, not only because of their amazing work, but because of their constant and consistent professionalism. A big bonus was that they were willing to work within our budget and tailor their services. If you're a bride who worries about schedules, details, etc, hire Soiree!!

Jessica with Soiree was a God-send! She came in late in the game when my scheduled planner (a friend) could no longer provide the services. Her responsiveness, knowledge of the industry and area vendors, and organization/coordinating skills were amazing. I had done a lot of the coordination up to the point of hiring her and it was SO NICE to finally have a partner in that process once she came on board. She removed so much of the stress of the unknown and my wedding day was absolutely stress-free. I even had a friend comment that I was so present and in-the-moment and I know it was because I had NOTHING to worry about with Jessica in charge. A bridesmaid commented that it was the easiest wedding party she's ever been a part of! Hiring Soiree was the best money I spent in my budget. I would DEFINITELY recommend Jessica's services to anyone getting married in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene region.
