Joanne was a pleasure to work with. Her ability to jump through hoops for clients is amazing and she really made sure we knew were we stood and what we still needed to do. We communicated via Facebook and she was quick to respond to every message. Also, the quality and pricing are unbeatable for a wedding caterer.

We ordered pulled pork, sliced brisket, corn muffins, green beans, cole slaw and potato salad. Joanne warned us that we had enough to feed an army and sure enough, we ended up with a few leftover meals. I am quite OK with this. The food is inspiring. We had family in attendance from all around the country and had multiple parties come tell us it was the best BBQ they had ever tasted. Everyone was amazed and couldn't believe that we had put that together for less than $15/pp. The meat was tender, flavorful (but not too salty) and there was a lot of it. The sides tasted like my grandmother cooked them, which is a very big compliment.

I would recommend going to do a tasting with Joanne. She is easy to sit and chat with and is really knowledgeable of the catering details. I would be willing to bet that you walk away from the tasting with some BBQ to go home (or at least a corn muffin).

I honestly couldn't have asked for a smoother, better tasting, easier experience and will certainly visit the Triple Crown BBQ food stand the next time I am in the general area.
