I don’t have enough words to express how incredible Tricia was on my wedding day. Not only did she make me look and feel absolutely flawless with the most perfect hair and makeup I could have dreamed of, but she brought such an incredible energy to the day that she genuinely felt like a member of the bridal party.
From the moment she arrived, she created a calm, joyful atmosphere that made the whole morning feel relaxed, fun, and stress-free—for me, my bridesmaids, our moms, and even my grandma. Speaking of my grandma—Tricia somehow found time to do her hair and makeup too (even though she wasn’t scheduled) and didn’t even charge us. It was such a thoughtful, generous gesture that meant the world to Nanny!
But what truly sets her apart is the way she went above and beyond all day long. She stayed with me throughout the wedding day—touching up my makeup and hair, holding up a fan to keep me cool, fixing my dress, carrying my purse, and making sure everyone around me stayed calm and happy. She was my personal hype woman, glam squad, and honorary bridesmaid all rolled into one.

Tricia and Korena were a dream to work with. From my bridal preview through the wedding, they were responsive, supportive, and so fun to be with on the day-of getting ready. My bridesmaids and mom loved their outcomes as well, and all are fairly "particular" about their looks. They were wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone in the Chicagoland area!

Tricia came HIGHLY recommended by my photographer and when I looked her up, she was exactly who I was hoping to find - and somehow still available for my date! I was late finding a makeup artist for my wedding because I was struggling to find someone who I thought would be a good fit. I needed an artist who could do makeup for myself, my mom, and my MIL (and all with very different preferences). Most wedding makeup I've seen is pretty bold and glam - this just isn't me. I don't wear a ton of makeup regularly so I didn't want such a transformation that I felt unrecognizable. Tricia has such a talent for creating natural makeup that looks and feels amazing in person and photographs beautifully!

I barely knew how to describe what I wanted beyond "bridal makeup that still looks like me, but better, but still me" but this seemed to be Tricia's expertise, so I decided to skip a trial and trust her to do her thing. I found my inspo photos from Tricia's portfolio to give her an idea of what I liked and I highly recommend everyone do this! She knew what products she had used for some of the looks so she was able to quickly zero in on a palette.

Tricia was also great with feedback. When she was done and showed me the final look, it was a bit of a shock since I didn't see it in progress. She helped me figure out that it was probably the lip line that was just a little exaggerated from my natural line. She eased it back a little and then recommended I let it all sink in while I was getting my hair done. Seeing everything come together was really helpful and I knew she had nailed it! My mom (simpler, understated look) and MIL (more glam) both loved their makeup too - Tricia can do anyone!

Not only is Tricia an amazing makeup artist, she is also very professional - well organized, prompt communication, and an efficient process start to finish. She was also such a fun personality to get ready with the morning of my wedding, I am so glad I found her!

If you are trying to find a bridal makeup artist in Chicagoland, look no further! Tricia did makeup for my wedding at Room 1520 in Chicago, IL in June 2024 for myself, my stepmom, and mother-in-law. I have many allergies and she was very conscientious of ensuring I was safe with the products she was using. The trial was an excellent day to test all products, wear time of the makeup, and any tweaks for the actual day. Tricia keeps her kit extremely clean, tidy, and organized as any fantastic makeup artist should!

She was early on the day, relaxed, fun, and made everyone at ease. I have multiple friends who have worked with Tricia and all of them have had the same experience. She is fantastic. You will not regret it!

I connected with Tricia for a private make up lesson in my home. I wanted to learn and master natural looking makeup and specifically a 5 min face that could be elevated to a night time look. Tricia was amazing! She hosted a quick zoom prior to our lesson to learn about my goals for this class. On the day of she was punctual and sooo organized. Her kit is unreal. Everything was meticulous, clean and ready to go. She color matched me for all products we used. Had a step by step sheet that we filled in as we went with products that were used. She also went through all of my current makeup products to update me on what works well for me and what needed to go. The lesson was 2 hours and flew by! She has been in contact since to answer questions I had about some products to purchase. She’s amazing. So happy I did this!

Tricia and her team were the bridal glam squad of my dreams! They did hair and make-up for me (the bride), my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law for my wedding. Tricia was incredibly professional, organized, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I appreciated that she allowed my mom and I to do a trial of our hair and make-up before the wedding to ensure we would love the final looks. Additionally, she provided a detailed schedule and guidelines for the morning of the big day, which was extremely helpful for planning. Tricia and her team brought so much fun, positive energy to the trial and the "getting ready" portion of the wedding. They invited us to share inspiration photos while also helping us each to find a custom look that best fit our features and the wedding aesthetic. With our hair and make-up done, we all felt glamorous and confident while still looking like “ourselves” (vs. too “done-up”). We were all very pleased with our final looks, and they lasted all day - even through being outside for extended periods in 80-degree weather and hours of dancing!

I cannot recommend Tricia Clarke Bridal enough! I was looking for a more natural look and they nailed it. I was debating bridal hair but once I did a hair preview I knew it was a fit. My entire wedding party had such a fantastic experience with Tricia. She made every one of us feel beautiful with natural makeup looks.
