Tricia was incredible for my wedding day makeup! I rarely wear makeup, but she made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the process. I specifically chose her for her ability to enhance natural beauty, and she delivered perfectly. She made me feel absolutely beautiful while still looking like myself.
She also did amazing work on all my bridesmaids, and they were thrilled with how they looked. Tricia is so kind and personable that getting ready in the morning was genuinely fun. Chatting with her made the whole experience so enjoyable and relaxing.
What really impressed me was how she exceeded expectations. She extended her time in the morning so I could capture more preparation photos when the photographer arrived, and even assisted my matron of honor with her dress.
Her talent for creating natural, beautiful looks combined with her wonderful personality made her the perfect choice. You can tell she truly cares about her brides and their friends and family. I highly recommend Tricia for anyone looking for a makeup artist who will enhance your natural beauty! -

I don’t have enough words to express how incredible Tricia was on my wedding day. Not only did she make me look and feel absolutely flawless with the most perfect hair and makeup I could have dreamed of, but she brought such an incredible energy to the day that she genuinely felt like a member of the bridal party.
From the moment she arrived, she created a calm, joyful atmosphere that made the whole morning feel relaxed, fun, and stress-free—for me, my bridesmaids, our moms, and even my grandma. Speaking of my grandma—Tricia somehow found time to do her hair and makeup too (even though she wasn’t scheduled) and didn’t even charge us. It was such a thoughtful, generous gesture that meant the world to Nanny!
But what truly sets her apart is the way she went above and beyond all day long. She stayed with me throughout the wedding day—touching up my makeup and hair, holding up a fan to keep me cool, fixing my dress, carrying my purse, and making sure everyone around me stayed calm and happy. She was my personal hype woman, glam squad, and honorary bridesmaid all rolled into one.
Tricia is not only incredibly talented but also one of the kindest, most uplifting people I’ve ever met. I genuinely hope I’ll have another chance in my life to work with her again. Brides—book her if you can. I cannot recommend her enough! -

Tricia and Korena were a dream to work with. From my bridal preview through the wedding, they were responsive, supportive, and so fun to be with on the day-of getting ready. My bridesmaids and mom loved their outcomes as well, and all are fairly "particular" about their looks. They were wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone in the Chicagoland area! -

If you are trying to find a bridal makeup artist in Chicagoland, look no further! Tricia did makeup for my wedding at Room 1520 in Chicago, IL in June 2024 for myself, my stepmom, and mother-in-law. Everyone looked perfect! I am only posting photos of me as I don’t have permission from the other ladies she made look wedding gorgeous.
I have many allergies and she was very conscientious of ensuring I was safe with the products she was using. The trial was an excellent day to test all products, wear time of the makeup, and any tweaks for the actual day. Tricia keeps her kit extremely clean, tidy, and organized as any fantastic makeup artist should!
She was early on the day, relaxed, fun, and made everyone at ease. I have multiple friends who have worked with Tricia and all of them have had the same experience. She is fantastic. You will not regret it! -

Perfect hair and makeup!
I cannot recommend Tricia Clarke Bridal enough! I was looking for a more natural look and they nailed it. I was debating bridal hair but once I did a hair preview I knew it was a fit. Lauren (makeup) and Kristina (hair) were fabulous. Tricia was also very responsive and great to work with. Thank you!!!! -

My entire wedding party had such a fantastic experience with Tricia. She made every one of us feel beautiful with natural makeup looks. The looks lasted all day and night and were focused on elevating everyone’s natural beauty, which is what we wanted! She was very professional, communicative, and overall did such an incredible job. She listened to what my bridesmaids and mom / MIL wanted for their looks and executed beautifully.
Not only is she amazing at her job, she is also so fun to be around. She spent the entire morning bringing so much joy to everyone as we were getting ready - everyone of us loved having her in the room hyping us up for the big day. Book her immediately!! -

Tricia is the definition of a PRO. She listened to me and helped articulate what I actually wanted on my wedding day. I know very little about makeup, but knew I didn’t want a caked on layered look. I wanted to look like a better version of myself. She made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. The makeup lasted all day (through tears and sweaty dancing).
Not only is she a skilled makeup artist, she’s a fun and warm person. Hanging out with her was so calming, and the morning of my wedding I was at ease because I got to spend time joking around with such a grounded and down to earth person.
She’s communicative throughout the process, and genuinely wants to make you feel your best on your big day. I’m so happy my friend recommended her (she also looked incredible on her wedding day and highly recommended Tricia! She texted me that she was the best, and she was not lying :) ). HIRE HER if you want to feel confident and beautiful. -

Choosing Tricia Clarke Bridal as my hair & makeup provider was one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding. From the first time we spoke during the consultation call, I felt an instant connection with Tricia. She spent so much time getting to know me and my plans for our wedding and I knew that I could trust her to bring my bridal vision to life.
I hired Tricia for makeup services and she selected Korena as my hair stylist based on the look I was hoping to achieve. I had a very specific vision in mind for my hair and Korena worked with me to create a style that built upon what I was going for in a subtle yet impactful way. Tricia is incredibly thoughtful and really listens to what her clients are looking for. I felt heard and supported during every conversation and because she spent so much time getting to know me and my taste, complexion, features etc. during my preview session, I was completely relaxed on my wedding day knowing that I had a true partner who would make me feel my best. I added concierge service to my bridal beauty package and absolutely recommend doing so if your budget allows. Having Tricia as part of our “entourage” through the ceremony and bridal party photos made me feel so at ease - her work was impeccable to begin with so minimal touch ups were needed but she was ready for anything!
Hair and makeup is incredibly personal and there is a lot of pressure to get it “right” on your wedding day. It’s so important to have a team that you trust and feel comfortable with and that is Tricia’s special sauce - in addition to being an exceptionally talented makeup artist. I cannot sing her praises loud enough and will forever recommend her to every bride I know/meet so that they too can experience the magic and joy of being a Tricia Clarke Bridal bride. -

Do not look anywhere else for hair and makeup! You found your vendor! I used Tricia and her team for my wedding, and I do not have enough compliments for them!
Tricia and Kristina did my hair and makeup trial, and the experience was so fun and easy. I had a few ideas for both but couldn’t decided what was best. They both were able to merge my ideas, and it looked AMAZING!! I had errands to run the rest of the day and was even outside for a few hours in warmer weather and both the hair and makeup stayed put the whole day with no missed details!
For the wedding day, Tricia and her team (Kristina, April, and Jacki) were there before we got there and were set up and ready to go! Kristina added some tweaks to my hair to make my braid even more prominent, which I loved! Tricia was so fun and easy to talk to. She was also patient with me when I decided to change my lipstick color and made it feel more like a makeup fashion show more than a wedding that was on a strict time schedule, so I didn’t feel panicked. It helped me pick a color in much less time! My makeup looked natural and glamorous at the same time, which is exactly what I was going for!
The team overall made the morning feel like a spa day. My bridal party had such a fun time with the team. There was constant laughing, genuine hugging by the bridal party to the team, and a level of comfort like we’ve a been friends for years. It was such an easy, stress free morning where we had just as much fun in the morning as we did at the wedding! I will cherish the girl glam morning and cannot recommend Tricia and her team enough!! -

Tricia was responsive, flexible and patient with all our scheduling changes and she and her team do AMAZING work. I did a trial with Tricia and hairstylist Korena in my home and enjoyed getting to meet them both. A few months later, I had a change of heart about my hairstyle, so on the wedding day Korena patiently listening as I tried to articulate what I wanted and she executed it perfectly. Gigi and Tricia did makeup that was perfect for each of my bridesmaids (who all have very different tastes/style) and my mom and mother-in-law. I couldn't have been happier! And now I have a go-to person to make-up advice. -

Tricia was a joy to work with on my wedding day! I first met Tricia when I was a bridesmaid in a friend’s wedding. Although I was not a regular makeup user, Tricia made me feel comfortable from the start. I felt so beautiful and confident that day that I just knew I wanted to have Tricia as my makeup artist at my own future wedding. I was so excited when, four years later, Tricia was available for my wedding (and also willing to travel to the Madison-area from Chicago!)! Tricia is just such a joy to be around. She made all of my bridesmaids feel so comfortable, and she listened to all their makeup and skincare needs and wants. As for me, she gave me such a beautiful, classic, yet sparkly and shimmery look, that made me feel so happy and confident for my day. My makeup (and the beautiful lashes she created for me!) lasted throughout the entire day and night, despite the many many tears I shed. I couldn’t recommend Tricia more. She is an incredible makeup artist, and she makes you feel like a friend! -

Tricia was friendly and quickly responded to my inquiry. She helped find the perfect artist for my special day. April was so easy to communicate with, listened to my vision and was Very receptive to feedback and with a few little tweaks we found the perfect look. The Most Beautiful Version of Myself
Tricia was so fantastic on our wedding day! She smoothly transitioned working with each of my bridesmaids and family and myself. Each one of us felt beautiful but also like ourselves afterward! I was so glad I got to be pampered but still looked recognizable, just more glamorous. Korena, from her team, did an excellent job translating inspiration on the spot for each of my bridesmaid's hair. I honestly can't imagine how getting ready would have worked without them! -

Tricia is Simply the Best
Tricia and her team were simply amazing throughout the entire experience. Tricia was super communicative, asked all the right questions to understand my vision for my wedding day, organized, and professional. Tricia was already booked for another wedding, but her stylist Bridget stepped in and was beyond fantastic! She arrived early, asked questions to understand what each person wanted in their make-up look, was super fun and personable, and the makeup was just outstanding! It lasted the entire day! Bridget was also super flexible and patient when our hair schedule fell a little bit behind and therefore delayed out makeup schedule slightly. I'm so glad I booked Tricia Clarke Makeup for my wedding and highly recommend them to everyone!! -

Out of all of the wedding vendors I worked with (venue, DJ, food, etc.), Tricia was by far my number one favorite vendor. She was so easy to work with, extremely responsive, a true professional and SO talented! I don't wear makeup often and so I was worried I wouldn't look like myself on my wedding day, caked in makeup. The makeup trial made me feel completely at ease, and I felt like a million bucks on my wedding day. Also, Tricia finished all of my wedding party makeup ahead of schedule and everyone looked gorgeous. My makeup lasted all day, and I didn't even notice the fake lashes she added to my eye line (usually they are pretty heavy). She is worth the $$. Stop looking for makeup artists already and go with Tricia. -

I am so grateful that Tricia was there on my wedding day! She has a bubbly, warm personality and immediately makes everyone feel comfortable. She is also extremely professional, is always on time, and responds to emails quickly. I absolutely loved my wedding makeup. I looked like myself, but GOOD; not “natural,” not super made-up, just like my best, most beautiful self. My friends and family also loved their makeup. Tricia listens carefully to everyone’s preferences and creates customized looks that are so beautiful and flattering. I want her to do my makeup every day! Megan also did an awesome job on hair! She created a style for me based on a couple of picture, and did a great job with my extensions and floral pieces. She was able to make my hair look loose and wavy while making sure that it stayed put all night. She also created beautiful styles for my family and friends. -

Best around
We downsized to a smaller wedding and Tricia took all the necessary precautions due to COVID-19 and was flexible in her meeting location! She took her time doing the trial and took pictures I could refer to later! She even wrote down the products she used and gave plenty of recommendations. Prior to the wedding day, she created a document I could send to my family members with different ways they could prep their skin, tips/tricks, and the schedule. We switched our schedule around the night before and she was more than accomodating. My makeup was natural, but still had that "bridal glam" I was looking for. Our wedding was outside on a boat in July and my makeup lasted the entire time! She made everyone feel extra special and kept everyone calm and relaxed. You won't regret booking her! -

Tricia was so wonderful to work with! She was professional, kind, and patient with the craziness of my life leading up to our wedding day! Tricia made sure my ideas were heard, and checked to make sure I was comfortable with my look and options. On our wedding day (August 10, 2019), she showed up right on time with two additional makeup/hair stylists to help get my bridal party ready! (Not to mention she was patient with my old dad not understanding online payments...thank you!) Tricia was so kind and gentle with my mom and helped to make her feel beautiful on our wedding day. My mom has been fighting breast cancer, and Tricia made my mom look like she had life back into her. No one could even notice she was ill that day. She was caring, compassionate, and even emailed me a time or two to check in on her. It really meant a lot. Tricia is not only a talented beauty artist, but she is a woman of Faith, trend setter, and overall an amazing woman to know. She makes you feel at ease, and that you’ve been friends for a long time. Tricia is not only the most talented makeup artist I have ever had the joy of working with, she is also one of the most genuine, kind, thoughtful, fun, motivated, hardworking, spunky women I have ever met! Makeup was one of my top priorities and one of the first vendors we booked once we chose our wedding date, and I am so grateful that my wedding planner recommended Tricia right off the bat. She books out so far in advance because she is that amazing so do not hesitate and book her ASAP!! After booking her I actually started following her Instagram page before ever meeting her in person and found her to be so bubbly and relatable, and she gives such good and useful recommendations that I have incorporated into my daily routine! Prior to my trial all of our interactions via email were great -- she is quick to reply, very professional, and it was very easy to coordinate all the important details. She is so incredibly talented and I was so happy with my trial, but I found some new inspiration photos before the wedding that she was able to incorporate seamlessly and she totally knocked my makeup out of the park! I felt so beautiful and my makeup lasted ALL DAY AND NIGHT! My bridesmaids all loved her too -- she was so much fun getting ready with us and she and her colleague Adrianna created beautiful and special looks for each of my girls based on their requests. I definitely recommend Tricia as the Chicago makeup artist, Wisconsin makeup artist or really anywhere makeup artist of your dreams -- she definitely made mine come true by helping me look and feel beautiful on my wedding day! Wonderful experience from start to finish!
Tricia was absolutely wonderful to work with! I was referred to her by another makeup artist for my November 2018 wedding and from our first phone call I knew she was the right person for me! One of the best things about working with Tricia is that she really takes the time to really get to know you and your style. As someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup everyday I wanted a pretty minimal/natural look for my engagement photos and Tricia absolutely delivered. When I decided I wanted to do a bit more for the wedding, Tricia was super helpful in making sure I got a more dramatic look that still made me feel understated, natural, and like myself. Not to mention that my makeup lasted the entire 16 hour day with no touch ups and looked just as gorgeous at midnight as it did at 8am!
Tricia is also extremely organized and on top of things which made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I had a fairly large bridal party who all needed hair and makeup done so Tricia brought two extra makeup artists with her and created a very detailed schedule for the morning of to make sure everything ran smoothly and we all got done on time. She was excellent at making sure that everyone's makeup/hair coordinated with each other and that no one stuck out as being over or under done. Tricia was also just a fun, calming presence that morning. It was clear she had everything under control but she didn't seem stressed in the slightest and really made everyone feel at ease and pampered. The girls and I loved our looks and we had such a fun, relaxed morning laughing and sipping mimosas which is exactly what I wanted!
She was also extremely flexible and accommodating! The week before the wedding I called her up to ask about adding some extra services for additional people. I fully expected her to say it was too late to add services but instead she said, "Absolutely! That is no problem at all let me just adjust the schedule and get back to you." I cannot tell you how relieved and grateful I was to hear that!
Bottom line: I would 100% recommend Tricia. If you are thinking of booking her DO IT! Not only will you look absolutely beautiful on your wedding day, you will feel listened to and taken care of throughout the whole process!

She not only did an excellent job hearing how I wanted to look on my wedding day, but all of my nine bridesmaids loved how they looked. She heard each person's specific vision for their look and made it happen. She is so pleasant to have the morning of the wedding too. She's fun, calming, and flexible. She is responsive in all communication. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tricia. She made me feel wonderful on my wedding day and I highly recommend her.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing my experience with Tricia was! She was very responsive, easy to communicate with and a joy to get to know! My sister and I started stalking her Instagram account (triciaclarkemakeup - if you’re not following her, DO IT!) months in advance of booking with her. Between her posts, stories and advice, I was sold! By the time my trial came around, I felt like I knew her like an old friend. Her personality alone had me, and when I had my trial, I was absolutely sure that hair and makeup was one thing I didn’t need to worry about at all! I had absolute faith that the team she was bringing with her would be as wonderful as her and I was right. My bridal party absolutely loved everything about their hair and makeup. I’ve never felt more beautiful than on my wedding day, and I credit most of that to Tricia for the amazing job she did on my hair and makeup. If you’re thinking of booking with her, ABSOLUTELY YES! -

Eileen Sent on 05/24/2018My husband and I got married March 31, 2018 at Ovation in Chicago, and Tricia was such a big part of our day!
First of all, Tricia is extremely sweet, kind, friendly, attentive, professional, and just a pleasure to be around. My experience from talking to her day 1 all the way through the wedding day was absolutely perfect! A colleague of mine recommended Tricia, so we first spoke on the phone and I immediately knew she would be amazing to work with for my wedding. It was obvious that she's super knowledgeable about the industry, and she also understood the look I wanted immediately, which was really important!
The day we did my hair/makeup trial was really fun! Tricia came to my apartment, my mom and sister joined us, and we all spent the afternoon getting to know each other. It was such a great intro to get to hang with Tricia that day!
In terms of the wedding day, I absolutely loved my hair and makeup and I wouldn't have changed anything! I really wanted to look like myself, and my look, especially my makeup to be natural with a touch of elegance, and Tricia knew exactly what that meant. I felt gorgeous, my husband was over the moon happy, and friends/family loved my look too.
Tricia also put together an amazing team to make sure my mom and bridesmaids were well taken care of and felt just as beautiful and special as I did. Everyone loved their looks and couldn't stop talking about what a relaxing and fun experience our afternoon of getting ready was!
Also, in addition to being amazing at hair/makeup, Tricia is really knowledgeable about the wedding industry, and she gave us a great recommendation for a day-of wedding coordinator - Nicole Fauls of Urban Allure Events. It was another great decision we made during the wedding planning process!
Bottom line: I would highly recommend Tricia to everyone planning their wedding right now. She is incredible and you'll love working with her! -

There were so many options! I initially saw examples of Tricia's work on Instagram and thought her style was in line what I was looking for—a natural look that wasn't too made up. There were a couple of other vendors I reached out to as well because I liked their style, but from my first email correspondence with Tricia I knew she was the one. She was so easy to work with and adjusted my day-of look based off of my feedback from the trial so that my hair & makeup turned out exactly the way I wanted on my wedding day. She did a great job incorporating my hairpiece into my hair. My bridesmaids raved about Tricia and her team as well. I would highly recommend Tricia to other brides wanting a natural look on their wedding day. She does a great job!

Cheryl Sent on 12/12/2017Before I was lucky enough to find Tricia, I had an unfortunate makeup trial at a highly rated Chicago salon that left me almost in tears. My makeup was so incredibly thick, the coloring was off, I had so much eye makeup on that I could barely blink, and when I face-timed my sister afterward, she immediately burst out into laughter. My sister-in-law recommended I reach out to Tricia. For my makeup trial, Tricia was so accommodating and came right to my apartment. I was nervous after what had happened at my last makeup trial, but it turned out to be the best case scenario! At the trial and on my wedding day, my makeup looked so natural and fresh. My skin was glowing. My eyes popped but weren’t overdone. My lip color was perfect and she gave me a tube of the color to keep. I really did look like the best version of myself. She is truly amazing. She also did makeup for my family and everyone was so happy with the results, they all looked beautiful! On top of her incredible makeup skills, she’s also nice, funny, and laid back, providing the perfect vibe on what can be a stressful day. I highly recommend anyone looking for flawless wedding makeup to contact Tricia!

(Aside from the whole getting married part :) ) She was a dream vendor and was flexible and very responsive, which I appreciated as I was planning my wedding from out of state. During my makeup trial, Tricia went the extra mile in recommending products I could use to recreate my bridal look for a second ceremony I was having. The day of the wedding, it was great having Tricia around-- she has a really relaxed, fun energy and put us all at ease. All of my bridesmides adored their looks, as did my mom, who was very apprehensive about having her makeup professionally done. Tricia listened to each of our individual requests and was accommodating in creating a simple, natural look for the whole bridal party. I could not recommend Tricia more highly, and I wish I could work with her again!

As soon as I met Tricia at my first trial, I knew I wanted her there on my wedding day. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is just the sweetest and most genuine person to be around. She was so patient with me changing my hairstyles leading up to the wedding and answered all of my mom and I's many questions! She was also super flexible to my changes: I chopped my hair and changed my dress prior to the big day! We did a trial which solidified my aforementioned dress/hair change and helped us finalize our day of plan to put me at ease on the big day. Tricia spent the day with me, my sister, my mom and my mother-in-law to do all of our hair and makeup on a timely schedule for the day's events. She is not only talented at making us ladies look like the most lovely versions of ourselves, she was the nicest and warmest new friend to hang out with day of! You will not regret choosing Tricia!!
