Kristy and Jerry did a wonderful job with the photography for my wedding. Kristy also helped with makeup and hair!

Kristy is absolutely fantastic. She has such a vision and made sure to get all the shots we wanted as well as giving her own input. She and her co worker were a fantastic pair that know how to have fun and clearly love their job.

Towery Photography did an ok job on our wedding. Prior to the wedding, Kristy would never answer my phone calls or return them, she would mainly respond only via email and Facebook. Kristy showed up sick to the wedding and seemed to have her attention elsewhere. I was very disappointed when I received our wedding pictures and I saw that there was not a single picture of my mom and dad together, nor a single picture of my immediate family that included my sister. The majority of extended family pictures had random people in the background or an unflattering part of the building when just next to us was a beautiful forest. When it came time to receive edited pictures from Kristy I had to ask for them 2 months after the wedding as she did not reach out to me to tell me when they would be done. The set of pictures she sent me did not include any family pictures which I had to ask for. Her solution was to send me 1000 pictures for me to sift through and then send to her what I wanted edited. This is not acceptable to me or my husband. We paid her, her fee and tipped her 20% expecting her to complete the editing to the least. I was very upset about this. After all of this when I went to purchase the pictures (almost 2 year later!) I was again disappointed in the cost of pictures. For example an 8x10 was roughly $8! I asked Kristy if it was possible to gain the rights of the photos (2 years later) and she said that it would cost us $25 per picture! All of this after I had to go through my own pictures and paid her fee of %1250 plus a $250 tip. In my opinion this is ridiculous! I have hired several photographers for engagement photos, and other occasions and have never had this type of experience. I do not recommend them and hope this review saves you from an experience like mine.
