Erin Meaney of Topiaire Flowers took our vague description of what we wanted ("sophisticated, gardens") for our afternoon, outdoor wedding and gave us over 20 of the most beautiful floral arrangements we had ever seen. Each was different, and each enhanced an already beautiful day. Erin was easy to work with, came early enough in the day that everything was ready well in advance. The bouquet, simple mango calla lilies, was a perfect suggestion for the wedding gown. Topiaire worked within our budget, and made what was already a spectacularly beautiful late-September day a magical one. I recommend this shop without hesitation.

Ordered valentines flowers for my daughter which didn’t arrive - it took me a while to find out about this because of intermittent visitation, when I brought the issue up with Erin she couldn’t have been more callous, aggressive or uncaring. She said she never makes mistakes, it must have been my daughter who forgot she got the flowers and she doesn’t care about the situation before putting the phone down on me. I might have forgiven her if she had been willing to offer a refund, but she didn’t give the benefit of the doubt at all, she maintains because I wasn’t able to let them know about the issue sooner that means they don’t have an obligation to look into it or take any action to put things right.
It’s not the money, it’s Erin saying things like”I’ve been in this game a long time” and “I don’t care”. She is mean - and coarse and not someone I would want dealing with flowers for anything important to me.
