Samone is simply AMAZING!!! She made us feel so comfortable and got the exact shots that we were wanting. she was so creative and fun. I could not have asked for a better wedding photographer!!

We would not recommend To Have and To Hold Photography LLC based on the experience we had over several weeks with both our engagement and wedding photos.

For our engagement photos, we booked a (2) hour session and we were told that they would take (10) weeks. We requested specific photos that we planned to use for our Save the Dates and we were supposed to receive those ahead of time. Unfortunately, we never received those in advance as promised and ultimately the engagement photos ended up taking (13) weeks instead of the promised (10) weeks. We ended up waiting (13) weeks for only (50) pictures.

After that frustration we were going to find a new photographer, but after meeting with the owner and negotiating the payment schedule, we came to an agreement that we would receive our wedding photos within (4-6) weeks after the wedding and we would have (500-600) edited photos from the (8) hour day. Ultimately, we didn’t even see a proof until (12) weeks after the wedding. Double the amount of time promised. During that time we continuously tried to contact her for an update and the only way we could get her to respond to us was by sending a private message on Facebook. We received excuse after excuse until we finally received the proofs (12) weeks later.

In the end, we insisted that she meet us in person to give us the USB with our wedding pictures and we would give her the final payment.

During this process she was unapologetic for her poor communication, broken promises and unprofessional way of handling a business situation. She was reluctant to offer a discount or do anything to repair her image. For these reasons we believe this review is fair and we hope that it can save others from the same frustrations that we experienced. Our pictures are nice but these memories are forever tied to them.
