TNK Photo, based in Costa Mesa, California, is a team of wedding photographers who are passionate about getting the right shot as much as getting to know you and your future spouse. With experience in New York and then Los Angeles, I enjoy shooting weddings using a mixture of contemporary, photojournalistic, and traditional styles. I'm dedicated to ensuring our couples are happy with our photos and our service on your wedding day. I believes that good photography happens naturally when everyone is having fun together. That's why we've put together a team that not only comes up with creative ways of looking at your day but genuinely loves sharing their day with you. We hire off of personality to make sure you get the best team possible.
Services Offered
TNK Photo will stay extra hours, travel to multiple locations on the wedding day, and provide a second shooter to capture every angle of the walk down the aisle. We're available for your destination wedding as well. We can shoot your engagement photos and wedding portraits before your wedding, and your trash-the-dress photos after the big day as well as anniversary and maternity sessions as your family grows (we love becoming friends with our couples). Everything is uploaded to a private gallery online for your viewing/purchasing as well as a USB drive for safekeeping and printing as well. We want you to enjoy your photos and hang them all over your home.

Beautiful wedding photography!
I highly recommend TNK photography as they took our photos at the wedding. We selected them because their photos are unique and have an “edge” to them.
It rained on our wedding day but Elmer and team found times that it died down and we took pictures by the waterfall. They were personable and out us at ease and one member of the team was also a mountaineer like myself!
Also, small details were noticed like hands in pockets or fingers curled in certain ways or methods to hold the bouquet to enhance shots.
We are happy with the sneak peak we got and look forward to receiving our prints!

Super nice and very professional!
Elmer and the photography team was incredibly professional, and we are so happy with how our pictures turned out. They really listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I wanted a team that could simply capture the moments—and that’s exactly what they did. I highly recommend them. Absolutely worth it!

Fairy Tale Wedding
I love TNK Photo! Elmer and his crew were amazing. We loved working with them at our engagement shoot and our wedding. The photos are gorgeous and truly capture the fairy tale wedding we were trying to create. Can’t wait to work with them again the future for family photos (when the time comes)!

Thank you for our amazing Wedding Pictures!
If you are looking for a photographer you have to contract TNK Photo! My husband and I hired TNK for our wedding day photos last month and we are so happy with our photo gallery. So many pictures, so many moments captured, we are truly in love with our photos. Elmer is awesome, and his team is just as great. Elmer is friendly and very professional, he is a master at his craft that’s for sure. He was easy to get a hold of and his response time was quick. He totally considers what your vision is for your photos . The day of our wedding him and his staff helped with posing us and made it fun which we thought was awesome they even helped fixed my dress for our pictures. 🥰 They have a great eye to get you picture perfect. Thank you TNK for capturing our special day we appreciate you!

Exceptional Service
My husband and I worked with Elmer and his team for our wedding last year. The team we worked with were all such amazing people. I do not think I could be happier with Elmer's assistance and professionalism. Elmer assisted my husband and I in choosing a location to take photographs after the wedding.
There will always be some snags on such an important day but Elmer's crew really took care of us. While I was getting ready my necklace tangled in on itself and they were they to help me because my nails were too long. And my husband danced just a little too hard and tore his pants but thankfully Elmer noticed right away and had a sewing kit handy to repair the damage.
His team was so friendly and relaxed. While we were taking photos they kept the energy/environment warm and inviting. It was just such a pleasure to have them as company for a day that meant so much to myself and my husband.

Friendly and Flexible Team
Elmer and his team were very friendly and flexible for us. Even when unpredictable factors popped up, they were able to adapt to the situation. Our families mentioned how he and his team are very friendly and professional. They did a great job working with what they had considering our venue is small. They have experiencing photographing some tea ceremonies so I recommend asking him for a sample if you'd like to photograph yours.

Prior to the wedding, I (the bride) had sent an email with detailed requests on particular memories that we were hoping to capture, my husband's overall discomfort with photos and specific preferences on preserving details that had significant meaning to us.
They were extremely receptive to our requests, which was even more evident the day of our wedding. No detail was left undocumented, with their team working nothing short of magic to seemingly be everywhere at once.
In 24 hours we had stunning previews of what was to come, and well within our contract, we were provided with an extensive digital portfolio of our special day.

Thee Best!
These guys are truly amazing! Allow me to start by saying that my now wife and I are very camera shy. Pictures are just a thing we do not do very often. Elmer and his team did an awesome job and getting us comfortable and ready to take photos that came out natural and dynamic. Their personalities just made it easy for us to be really friendly with them and laugh and draw us as a couple together and really enjoy our time during the photo shoots. We even made it tradition to take a picture with our cinematographer Sergio! And it is funny to say but some of our best pictures were with Sergio taking a picture with us. Sergio also had some fancy gear, which they love to converse about lol, we are sure our video will be out of this world. Ryan, their assistant, was on point with every direction that was needed. We could not have executed some of our shots without him. Andrew was our second shooter. We have seen some stunning photos from him and cannot wait to see all the photos and details of our wedding that we have missed that day. We cannot wait to relive those moments that we missed through his lens. Elmer overall was a great leader to his team, all around positive attitude, and had a vision to how he wanted to capture us as a couple. We are truly grateful to have had this team be a part of our wedding and overall experience.
