We began working with Thrive a little over one year before our wedding. Nikki was our point of contact throughout the process and made everything so easy! We had a lot of changes throughout the planning process and Nikki was incredibly patient and accommodating the entire time. The food for our wedding was the most important part to us and Thrive truly knocked it out of the park. We had three passed apps for cocktail hour, family style dinner and a dessert buffet. We got so many compliments on the food! I promise that no one left hungry. The service was amazing as well! We did have a sweetheart table, so even though we did family style, they still plated everything for us. The captain was attentive, but not disruptive and kept our drinks full! Something that really stood out to me was how custom the whole evening was to us. If you want something, just ask and they will make it happen.

Thrive food is top notch. My husband and I were planning a destination wedding which meant taking a leap of faith and not trying the food prior to the big day. The food was better than anyone could have anticipated, seriously. Every single plate had either nothing left on it or just a bit of food left, and I heard over and over again how great the cocktail hour, dinner and late night snack (grilled cheese!) were, and we agree! There’s a reason Thrive is on every vendor’s favorites list. Thank you so much for everything!

We decided to go Puertorrican style buffet lots of food. Arroz con Gandules, pernil, Pollo asado y guineitos en escabeche.

I booked Thrive for my wedding and it was one of the best decisions. My guests loved the food! Lots of options for different budgets/tastes. Both my husband and I have food allergies and Thrive went above and beyond in meeting us with those!

Everyone was raving about the pecan-crusted fish. So many people complimented us on the cinnamon rolls we had along side our decadent chocolate cake. Honestly, the food was just so delicious. The team was great to work with and was very accommodating of food restrictions and allergies.

Carrison and I would like to thank the whole Thrive Catering team for providing such excellent service at our wedding. Everyone loved the hors d'oeuvres served during cocktail hour. We received so many positive comments about the ease of the fabulous stations. The prime rib, shrimp and grits, potato bar, and biscuit bar were favorites of our guests. Your coordination and cooperation throughout the wedding planning was great. We appreciate you for making the whole process stress free.

We would highly recommend Thrive to anyone getting married in the Savannah/Beaufort area! From the first tasting we had with them, we knew we would be in good hands using their services. The food was fantastic, and the whole team was amazing to work with. Niki was extremely helpful and prompt in the planning process as well. They went above and behind to help adjust our menu to make vegetarian and gluten free options as well. We feel that it is such a high honor when guests continue to rave about the high quality and taste of the wedding food! We decided to serve everything family style- which they executed perfectly! Guests loved that they were able to try all of the dishes and commented on how prompt everything was served. They also checked in with us/our planner several times throughout the night and ensured we had a plate to go! They even picked up the bartending duties when there was a glitch with the bartenders. We would highly recommend over and over again :)

Food was amazing, everyone complimented it. Large list of options to choose from including vegetarian, etc. Catering staff checked with us several times to make sure everything was just as we wanted it.

I could not recommend Thrive Catering enough! We booked Thrive for our wedding at the Mackey House in November and they were excellent! From the tasting, which I definitely recommend doing, I knew we made the best choice possible! They helped us create the perfect menu with the southern flare we were looking for! Niki was super helpful and responsive while planning! Our guests are still talking about how amazing our food was at our wedding! Definitely recommend!

From our initial inquiry to post-wedding vendor stress - Thrive Catering was the most pleasant, helpful, stress-free and caring vendor for our big day! When planning our first food tasting, they ensured that everything we wanted to try was available and plated to give us a sense of how it would look on our big day. The communication and care that the team at Thrive took throughout our planning experience, into the night of the wedding itself was second to none. Not to mention the food - 10/10!! They made it so hard to narrow down our selections because everything was SO good! Throughout our cocktail hour and dinner - they treated my husband, myself and our families like royalty. They knew how important the food experience was to us - and even had us sit down during the buffet-style dinner so that they could serve us our plates, full of each menu item! I was never empty handed, because their team brought us drinks (when the bar was technically handled by the venue.) They also handled our cake in-house - which was AMAZING. They boxed up our top tier so that we could enjoy it later in the week/month/year. Post-event, we had some issues with different vendors who left behind their inventory - and Thrive was able to locate the inventory and HAND-DELIVER it to the other vendor (40 min away) so that we weren’t charged an outrageous fee. I cannot say enough good things about the care that Thrive provided to us as clients. I 100% recommend them for any event, and plan to work with them again if I’m ever planning in the Savannah area. THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!
