Gail baked our wedding cake and it looked just like the pictures and tasted amazing couldn’t of asked for more. She also baked and delivered a grooms cake to our rehearsal dinner the night before. It was a Jamaican rum cake. She made it just like grandma would have even soaking the fruit in the special Jamaican rum my husband requested. Thank you so much Gail

First off Gail is sweetest and easiest person to work with and her cakes are absolutely amazing! Hands down best baker in Sarasota and so extremely personable. Not only did I hire her for my wedding cake but also my daughters birthday cake and will continue to use her for any future occasion where a cake is needed.

What a fun experience we had working with Gail Thompson of Thompson's Cakes. Gail baked and decorated two lovely and equally delicious cakes for our little beach wedding on 12-20-2020. Our guests were happy and so were we.

My wife's family has enjoyed Siesta Key Beach at Christmas for the last 35 years, so we will be ordering an Anniversary cake from Thompson's Cakes each year. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.
