Most Amazing Wedding Experience

Morgan was an absolute delight to work this the entire time. From our first visit to the next morning the entire process at the Westin was great. They really made us and all our guest feel like a priority. They were so easy to work with and Morgan and the entire Westin team were constantly on top of all the details. To this day I still don't know if anything "went wrong" as if it did it was all taken care of behind the scenes and the whole event went off flawlessly. Also you can't be the Dallas views!

The Downtown Westin is a beautiful venue! Both the Willow Pavilion and the Pecan Ballroom were spectacular after adding our personal touches. The evening view from the Pecan Ballroom were fabulous.

We worked through the majority of the planning with Robert Hayden, who was amazing to work with. He was attentive to our requests and went above and beyond to be certain our event was everything we dreamed of. Thank you Robert and the entire Westin team!

Robert and the rest of Westin staff (banquet managers, restaurant team/bartenders, valet services, etc) did an incredible job making sure our weekend was perfect from start to finish! We utilized Willow Pavillion for our ceremony and Pecan Ballroom (32nd floor with floor to ceiling windows all around). Both spaces were absolutely breathtaking and it was even better to be able to takeover the Westin as our guests stayed there and only had to use the elevator to get to and from every event. I would highly recommend this for the great value that they provide in Downtown Dallas!

We couldn't be more happy with the West Dallas Downtown! Everything from the venue space, food, staff, etc. was beyond expectations! I would definitely recommend this location for any event

This venue was gorgeous! The view of the whole skyline of Dallas was just stunning! Robert and Theresa were great help and being accommodating to us! The room was just breathtaking and it was nice that the tables, chairs, linens, etc. were included. We also loved how the shades can be closed and raised when we walked in! I recommend this Venue to anyone who loves the city and loves the view! You will be so happy and your guests will be amazed!

This venue was absolutely amazing! The view and staff were wonderful. Robert, the event coordinator, helped above and beyond and responded to emails and phone calls very promptly. One thing we liked was all the tables, chairs, and linens were all included in the deal. We were so happy we had our reception here! We were so happy and pleased with everything.

I love the Westin brand! I enjoyed my wedding day. The initial planning was great, but there were staffing changes that affected the responsiveness on a few things, but it was nothing major. Overall, the staff was outstanding and delivered on the brand expectation of the Westin. I would recommend the Westin Dallas Downtown to any bride looking to have a great uptown wedding.

Beautiful venue. Hotel rooms very nice. It was a large wedding. Had a few comments from guests that the service was slow - meaning slow to replenish food tables and clear plates and glasses from tables. Also, took awhile to get anyone to help clean up dance floor when someone broke a glass and foot was bleeding. I recommend that hotel require use plastic or Styrofoam cups after dinner to avoid potential for broken glass on dance floor and people getting hurt.
Staff was friendly: both the wait staff and hotel staff. Did a great job of delivering guests' welcome gifts. Food was delicious. Wish they had used our printed napkins on the food tables; we had lots of napkins left over and I heard there were no napkins on the buffet tables (although I never got to the buffet table - too busy with guests.) The printed napkins were at the bars, though.
