I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and his partner Katie. They were hired last minute as my Day Of Coordinator when I broke down and realized I couldn't manage the wedding day on my own and needed a professional, and were worth every penny. I handed everything I had planned to that day to Ryan and he brought my vision over the finish line. I was actually able to enjoy my wedding day because he and Katie had things completely, utterly and totally under control. Would hire again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!

Hope Schalck is worth her wait in gold -- and then some.

This is coming from someone who was described at several stages in the wedding planning process as a groomzilla -- if ever there was one. And I'm sorry to say that Hope took the brunt of it. But I'm happy to say that she handled it beautifully.

As a journalist, I'm a life-long skeptic. So when Hope made suggestions about vendors that conflicted with the grand scheme in my head, I assumed it was because she was getting kick-backs. This is the way of the wedding business, I told myself, because it's also typically the way of the world. I was so fervent in these beliefs, I even let Hope know as much.

But as I looked into alternate vendors, however, I found more often than not that Hope was was making the suggestions she was making because, well, these actually were the best vendors.

As it turns out, Hope has a wealth of experience and is meticulous in everything she does. That means not only has she worked with a huge deal of vendors in Colorado, she has kept comprehensive notes about what they do and don't do well. As a journalist, that sincerely impressed me.

Hope's attention to detail also meant that come wedding day, everything ran like clockwork. As a groomzilla, that really put my mind -- and the mind of the amazing bride who puts up with me -- at ease.

Speaking as someone who had a very clear and grand vision of what he wanted his wedding to be, let me just say that I can't imagine anyone doing a better job of bringing lofty expectations to life than Hope. We really can't thank her enough!

I was not the bride, but the maid of honor at a wedding this fall and have found my future wedding planner. Hope is the girl every bribe needs at her wedding. She made sure the day went flawlessly and that the two most important people could focus on their big day - the bride and groom! She was an amazing guide and help the entire way and kept the bride calm after not one, but two red wine incidents! I can not say enough about this amazing planner, and wonderful person. I was not there for the year of planning she spent with the Bride, but I heard nothing but great things about how Hope cultivated my best friends vision and dream for her big day and made it a reality. Hope was simply amazing. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. I opted for her full planning services and it was definitely more than worth the fee. She made my dream wedding possible on a budget. As a bride trying to plan a Colorado wedding from Oklahoma, she was absolutely indispensible. Many of the vendors that she recommended were ones that I was not able to find very easily and she saved me so much time in digging through countless vendors online. I would simply tell her what I was looking for in a particular vendor (style of photography, type of floral design, etc.) and she would provide four to five options in my price range that would be able to deliver exactly what I was looking for. Also, her background in design was invaluable. Hope came up with some truly original ideas that made my rough vision for my wedding into a beautiful and colorful event. In addition, she made the actual day of the wedding stress free. She took care of all of the logistics and I was able to just enjoy that special day with my friends and family. Bottom line is that my perfect wedding could not have happened without Hope. She made it possible. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone.

Hope was nothing but friendly and professional throughout the entire process. She was at to provide the bride with her dream wedding by minimizing all stress factors. I will gladly recommend Hope to any of my friends getting married!

My daughter planned her Denver wedding from Chicago and couldn't have done it without Hope's assistance. She said Hope kept her sane. I know she was very valuable with the planning and did most all of the leg work, especially scheduling and communicating with all the other vendors. I was very concerned about the "day-of" responsibilities, but Hope just told me not to worry about anything and she was so right. We enjoyed the morning downtown doing hair and make-up and arrived at the venue to see everything as perfect as my daughter had pictured it. She kept things moving all evening and at the end of the evening when we were all exhausted, all we had to do was go home. Hope made sure everything was cleared and boxed up everything to be returned to us. Through it all, Hope kept a clear head, took control and remained calm. Her manner, appearance and attitude remained very professional and I would highly recommend her services.

Hope. What a perfect name. She really brought me hope through the whole wedding planning process. We could not have done this without her.
I had been having some difficulties dealing with stress while planning my wedding long distance. Knowing we needed to bring in the big guns, my husband researched wedding coordinators and set us up with Hope. From our first phone conversation, she was able to put me at ease and give me invaluable advice and tips. Hope was able to help my husband and I fully realize the vision of our wedding and make it a reality.
She makes sure that the bride and groom are the top priority and takes special care that we were able to enjoy our special day. She coordinated so much, from vendor deliveries and set-up, to crafting a time table for the big day. Hope's insight and experience are invaluable. Her professionalism and attention to detail were so reassuring. Most of all, she saved my sanity. No problem was unsolvable, no question was unanswerable. She took over communication with our vendors to make sure everything was going through her and saving me and my husband from having to answer a million different questions. Hope was always cheerful, responsive and so helpful.

Hope was everything we had hoped for in a wedding planner and MORE. She was attentive, responsive and helped us to create the wedding of our dreams. She made sure everything went off without a hitch. She truly ensured that I was able to show up to my wedding and not be stressed about anything. She even made mid-reception alternations to my dress after someone stepped on it and ripped it! Hope at the Wedding Studio Colorado was hands down amazing. There isn't a review that could accurately describe how perfectly she planned our day - she gave me/us the wedding of our dreams. I went into this not having much in mind for design, and her creativity kicked in managing to bring together two very diverse concepts: modern AND vintage. The result was the most unique, gorgeous wedding with incredible details that our guests are still talking about. More so, she took the stress out of wedding planning - she handled every detail with ease and made it so that we only had each other to focus on, which was a wonderful relief. She was warm and infectious with her excitement to plan the perfect day for us - I can't thank her enough for such an unforgettable day. She's the best!
