The Traveling Tap is a full service mobile bartending company based in East Petersburg, Pennsylvania that serves weddings of all sizes.

This service is ideal for couples who are having thier weddings at non-traditional venues like barns and outdoor venues where you have to corrdinate everything for the day. The Traveling Tap aims to provide a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service for your wedding event so you can relax and enjoy your special day.

  • RAMP Trained Bartenders and Bar Backs
  • 5 Hours of Bar Service
  • All bar equipment needed to serve drinks

  • Non-Alcoholic Self Serve Station for cocktail hour and reception

October 2025 wedding

The traveling tap blew away our expectations at our wedding. Their professionalism and AMAZING cocktails had our guests raving all night. All of their mixers are homemade and it makes a world of difference in the drinks! We would highly recommend their services, as we booked the concierge and bar tending packing. Worth every penny and more!

Great service!

We enjoyed working with traveling tap for our wedding! They made an intimidating process easy and fun. They were also very helpful in giving us recommended brands to match our taste and budget. They made the whole process very easy and worked directly with our venue which made our lives easy! Would highly recommend!

Amazing to work with

The Traveling Tap was amazing. We used them to provide the alcohol & espresso bar for our wedding. The entire process with them was easy and seamless. Their responsiveness and customer service was top notch. They are essential for anyone getting married in Eastern PA!

Traveling Tap was amazing!

Traveling Tap bought and delivered all of the alcohol we requested to the venue and then returned and refunded all the unopened alcohol the week after the wedding. It was easy and they were wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend them.

Amazing service!

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH THANKS TO THE TRAVELING TAP FOR HELPING TO MAKE OUR DAY SO SPECIAL AND TAKING THE STRESS OFF OF US FOR WORRYING ABOUT ALL THE ALCOHOL! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BUBBLY BAR AS AN ADD ON!! OUR GUESTS LOVED IT!!

Fairlytale wedding

I can't say enough about the Traveling tap, if anyone is looking for great professional service look no farther, they were so well put together from our first meeting with them until my son's wedding night, Amber went above and beyond for us, Cassidy answered every question we had right away, all our guests raved about how good the drinks were and they loved the Cigar Bar. Exceptional Service

Extremely helpful, informative and organized. Highly recommend using them!! We used The Traveling Tap to coordinate, purchase and deliver, return the alcohol/wine/beer for our sons wedding at The Barn at Silverstone in Lancaster, PA. From start to finish they were extremely helpful, informative and organized. Their communications online and via phone with online selections and review were streamlined. They know what they are doing and I highly recommend them as they take away the guessing and leg work which allows you to enjoy the wedding stress fee. The value provided is well worth it. I couldn't image having tried to order, pickup, deliver, return, etc. all on our own while trying to focus on the special wedding moment! Their recommendations based on experience were spot on and I know saved us money in the long run. Thank you The Traveling Tap for a GREAT job and GREAT experience!!

Their attention to detail is second to none. They handled everything from planning, purchasing, setting up, cleaning up, and returning alcohol for those unopened bottles.

Their bar setup was stylish and can be tailored to fit the wedding's decor, adding an elegant and fun element to our wedding.

Traveling Tap

My wife and I hired them to provide the alcohol for our wedding, and we have no regrets.

They gave us recommended amounts, and brands, so we didn’t have to figure that out ourselves.

They also purchased, delivered, and returned unopened alcohol for us, so we didn’t have to lift a finger on our wedding day.

They were super helpful and easy to work with, and they made the process so easy, and it was one less thing to worry about.

Would recommend!

We had the pleasure of using the Traveling Tap for alcohol delivery for our wedding. They were very helpful through the whole planning process. They offered great guidance on what alcohol needs purchased based on the types of drinks we planned on having, and also great suggestions on the array of offerings to provide to our guests and brands to select. They also estimated the amount to buy, which we were skeptical about it being not enough, but in the end, they were spot on! We were really intrigued by the data driven suggestions and estimations!

We really enjoyed working with Traveling Tap, and highly recommend their services to others to 1) ensure you have a good variety for your guest, 2) ensure you have enough for the length of the event, and 3) not have to worry about a single thing, from purchasing to delivery to end of night leftovers!
