The Traveling Tap is a full service mobile bartending company based in East Petersburg, Pennsylvania that serves weddings of all sizes.
This service is ideal for couples who are having thier weddings at non-traditional venues like barns and outdoor venues where you have to corrdinate everything for the day. The Traveling Tap aims to provide a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service for your wedding event so you can relax and enjoy your special day.
Services Offered
All bartenders with The Traveling Tap are RAMP Trained and have previous bar and restuarant experience so they understand the importance of making each of your guests feel welcome and taken care of. As well as the importance of keeping the bar moving so there are no lines! The two greatest fears every couple has are lines at the bar and running out of alcohol!
Bartending Packages Include:
- RAMP Trained Bartenders and Bar Backs
- 5 Hours of Bar Service
- All bar equipment needed to serve drinks
- All mixers, garnishes and ice
- Delivery, Set Up, and Clean up
- Glassware (Wine, beer and rocks glasses)
- General & liquor liability insurance
- Non-Alcoholic Self Serve Station for cocktail hour and reception
- Complimentary physical bar if your venue does not have multiple bars.

Having to deal with purchasing and transporting all of the alcohol for our reception was something I did not want to have to worry about on our wedding day. I am so glad we chose to use the beverage logistics package through The Traveling Tap. It saved us so much time, stress, and vehicle space. Their service is invaluable! During the planning process we mostly communicated with Amber and Cassidy who were always so kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. When we had changes or questions, we heard back right away with clear responses. We had plenty of alcohol delivered for our guests on our wedding day. The hotel delivery at the end of the night as well as the returns/reimbursement process was easy and fast too. We are so pleased with our decision to use The Traveling Tap and would recommend their services to anyone having a wedding or event! -

the traveling tap was so amazing, great communication and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. Amber & cassidy worked very closely with me adjusting guests counts and ensuring my guests did not run out of alcohol the whole night. We also had purchased the draft cart which was a big hit with our guests and we have already recieved our refund for the alcohol that was not used. Amazing hire them!

Tim is a proud Navy veteran with over 20 years in the food and beverage industry. Bartending and Managment expereience at both high end restuarants and night clubs.
Amber has over 15 years theatre & event management expereience from Broadway theatre in New York to Corporate event management.
Together they work hard to make your bar run smooth so that is the last thing you have to think about on your big day!
