The Speedway Club is committed to making your special day a magical and memorable one. Our in-house wedding planners offer an unmatched level of service and assistance to brides and their families. Detailed and thoughtful planning goes into every event, all with the goal of excellence in execution of your exceptional day with us.

From engagement parties, bridesmaids' luncheons, rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies and receptions, our flexible event spaces will accommodate any sized group up to 400 people. Services and features include: a dedicated staff and catering team, complimentary on-site parking, private bridal ready rooms, audio/visual equipment, unique views from every event space, permanent granite dance floor, and photo opportunities around the Charlotte Motor Speedway property, including our famous Winner's Circle.

We worked with Christina Hagan as our wedding planner and she was a pleasure to work with. The Speedway Club is an awesome venue. The setting, the decorations were all set up, the schedule was set up perfectly and we had everything we wanted.

Our reception was wonderful! Two months after the wedding, our guests are still talking about how great the food tasted and how wonderful the facility is. The staff was wonderful. They set up and took down everything for us. The Speedway Club was a fantastic value for the quality of service we received. After photographing our wedding reception, our wedding photographer decided to check out The Speedway Club for her upcoming reception. The staff at The Speedway Club made planning our wedding reception the easiest part of the wedding planning processing.

Christina Hagan and The Speedway Club did a fantastic job on our wedding. We and our families had a blast. The service was prompt and friendly. The waitstaff and cooks made a fantastic meal and believe me no-one went hungry lol. The venue was ready on time which gave the bridal party enough time to get ready and relax. The venue also provided a wonderful place for photo opportunities with families and friends. Ending on this note Christina Hagan planned it perfectly. Thank you to all the staff and Christina for making our day special. Mr. & Mrs. Shew

Pat Heiss at The Speedway Club did SUCH a fantastic job at out wedding. I never once worried about anything! She is extremely professional, organized and responsive. She set up the entire room just like I asked and made sure everything was perfect for our big day! Our guests also loved the food and being able to walk out and see the speedway as well! I would highly recommend having your reception at The Speedway Club!

Pat Heiss who was in charge of my reception did an OUTSTANDING job. I did not have to worry about anything at my wedding reception. She had everything taken care of. She is extremely organized and makes sure the bride and her are on the "same page" before the day of the reception. I would highly reccommend having your wedding reception at the Speedway Club!!

I highly recommend having a wedding or any formal event at The Speedway Club! My wedding guests LOVED seeing the race track during the cocktail hour, but also commented on how beautiful the ballroom was and what a spectacular venue it was overall. The venue allowed us to drop off supplies early and made everything as seamless as possible for the big day. If you want to have an event in Concord, this is the place to have it!

It has been a few years since we performed at The Speedway Club, but we remember the staff for being very helpful and the holiday corporate event we played was a lot of fun. The crowd was truly enjoying every aspect of the evening from the food, the excitement of NASCAR, to the live music. Highly recommended.
