The Rutherford is a unique 1950’s building that includes two floors with original exposed brick, wood beam ceilings, and hardwood floors. The venue is comprised of three unique spaces for hosting an enjoyable and memorable event.

The Brick Room – An upper level, indoor space measuring nearly 2,800 square feet with lofty 13 foot ceilings, native exposed brick walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, and restored heart pine floors.

The Warehouse – A lower level, indoor space measuring more than 2,200 square feet and featuring a statement artificial greenery wall and glass overhead doors opening to the outdoors which includes the Veranda, a 1,150 square foot covered patio, and The Courtyard measuring approximately 4,000 square foot.

The Courtyard – The 1,150 square foot covered Veranda spills out into an expansive outdoor entertainment space of approximately 4,000 square feet enclosed with a privacy fence and bordered by a high bamboo forest.

The Rutherford also includes on-site catering kitchens on each level of the venue, a luxury guest suite with a private washroom, a reception area, and washrooms on each level. Ample on-site parking is available and arrangements can be made if additional parking is necessary.
