They specialize in farm-to-table catering, where their menus include made-from-scratch food using the farm's organic produce, pastured meats, and other local ingredients, all prepared by their revered restaurant, Fork and Plough. Couples can choose from unique food stations, such as their brick oven pizza station, festive buffets with farm-fresh sides, formal plated dinners, family-style sit-down meals, or heavy hors d'oeuvres. Outside catering is also allowed.
