We hosted our corporate event at 7even Oaks 1858 and were blown away! The venue is stunning, but the real stars were Michelle and Bridgette—incredible hosts who made everything seamless. Professional, attentive, and full of Southern charm. Our guests were impressed, and so were we. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My best friend had booked this venue for her reception and had also booked two other locations through Airbnb for the nights leading up tonher wedding day. Both of the Airbnb locations fell through at the last minute (the day before her wedding) and this venue made last minute accomadations for every single person she needed! Including her rehearsal dinner the very same night! They were so wonderful and even provided breakfast the morning of her big day! Highly reccomend!

Our reception was beautiful! We had an issue with an Airbnb and they were more than accommodating for our out of town guests for the entire weekend! The owners are extremely sweet and personable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked my wedding ~6 months in advance and paid for everything in full. The new owners agreed to do everything according to my agreement with the old owners. The two days leading up to my wedding, the new owners then requested that I pay and extra $900 ON TOP of what I had already paid (for made up cleaning fees that had ALREADY BEEN PAID, and to pay for a bartender who did not exist) and I was hesitant to do so because like I previously stated, I had paid for everything IN FULL, and THEY had agreed to take on my event according to the terms with the old owners. I politely asked them to request the money that I had sent to the old owners as payment, however, they still wanted the extra $900.
Approximately 30 minutes before I was supposed to arrive the night before the wedding to stay the night, I called the new owners to discuss the extra payment and how I did not think I should be responsible, and that they should contact the old owners for the money if they needed payment.
The new owner made me speak to her realtor and the old owners realtor (which I still have no clue what the realtors have to do with the businesses customer service and why I was forced to speak with them). I sobbed and begged and pleaded with them over the phone to help me figure out SOME solution to this problem since my wedding was THE NEXT DAY, but was told “no one is walking through the doors until I get my money”. I was also questioned whether I had a backup plan…….to which I responded WHY WOULD I HAVE A BACKUP PLAN FOR MY WEDDING?
I was in extreme distress, trying to figure out what to do for my wedding that was LESS THAN 24 HOURS AWAY, and I asked them if they would at least let me have my ceremony there since I had already PAID FOR EVERYTHING, and having the ceremony there would cost them $0. The owners realtor told me “we will have to let you know” LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE CEREMONY WAS SUPPOSED TO START. It was at this point that I was forced to cancel because I was left with no other option or provided any kind of solution from the owners.
Also, while on the phone, the owner could tell I was extremely distraught, and had absolutely no compassion for me or the situation and was EXTREMELY rude and completely unprofessional and stated that this was all my problem to deal with, even though the miscommunications between the new and old owners was no fault of my own. The new owners had no problem cancelling my wedding and have no human decency to hold up their end of a deal, or just be kind to another human being. They do not care to make your event happen or to work with you, they ONLY care about getting paid.
Please please please whatever you do stay away from here!
