The Reserve at Bluebird Hill is a hillside wedding venue located in Lenoir City, Tennessee. The venue's numerous event spaces offer picturesque views of mountains and pastures. The multiple gardens on the grounds offer you and your guests views of the Smoky Mountains, which also serve as a gorgeous backdrop for wedding photos. The owners of the venue work with some of the best vendors in Knoxville to help you and your partner execute an event that reflects your personalities.

Facilities and Capacity
The Reserve at Bluebird Hill boasts four locations for ceremonies, three of which are outdoor and one of which is inside. The venue's largest space resides in their upper field, which offers views of the mountains and seats over 500 guests. The lower garden on the estate serves as another event space and has a stone stairway entrance for brides to walk down, as well as a beautiful iron arch to exchange vows under. The venue's upper garden features a white column pergola surrounded by flowers and seats up to 275 guests. The Reserve's upper and lower gardens are filled with beautiful flowers, offering a relaxed ambiance. The 5,500-square-foot elegant event center on the property, adorned with a stunning stone fireplace and chandeliers, can also accommodate ceremonies.

Gorgeous Venue, Incredible Owner

Kimberly and her staff at The Reserve are wonderful! The venue is gorgeous and everyone is still talking about the view! Our photographs were unbelievable! It was nice to have all several ceremony site options and a back-up plan for rain! Kimberly did everything in her power to make sure our day was perfect. It was an incredible venue and the most perfect day. We can't thank Kimberly enough for all of her help!

My husband and I were engaged on 12/31/14 and married on 11/21/15 at the Reserve at Bluebird Hill. Our venue decision was made fairly quickly -- we had already spoken to and toured several other venues, but as soon as we set foot on Bluebird Hill and met with Emily, we knew right away that this would be where we'd wed! Emily and Jan were amazing through the entire process, and our rehearsal and wedding went by seamlessly thanks to their direction and expertise. The venue itself is breathtaking, even in late fall, and we had our ceremony in the garden beside the reception hall. Perfect location and service!

We have had multiple events at The Reserve at Bluebird Hill over the years and each one has been so wonderful. We even had a Memorial Dinner for a family member that passed and Haley was so incredibly kind and thoughtful to work with. I couldn't suggest a better and more beautiful place for an event.

It's a beautiful venue and, for musicians whose instruments need protection from direct sunlight, there are several options for natural shade (depending on the time of day) or for erecting a tent.
