Nicole was AMAZING! She was so responsive and helped us through everything we needed. We originally had a guest count of 110 and we placed our order for tables, chairs, and the tent and made our deposit. When our final numbers dropped to 65 she was able to rework the order by reducing everything, including the tent. Nicole was always available either by phone or email.

Our dance floor was delivered the morning of our wedding with no issues and everything looked perfect! The tent, tables, and chairs were brought 2 days before the wedding which gave us plenty of time to set it all up. The cathedral walls were gorgeous and let in so much natural light for our daytime wedding.

There was a guideline from the venue that The Prop Shop didn't know about and they worked with us because of this.

The Prop Shop was recommended to me by my caterer, White House Catering. White House and The Prop Shop worked together to make sure that everything was delivered at the appropriate time and we had everything we needed. I did not live in Richmond while planning my wedding and Chardonney was always quick to return my phone calls and help place my order via phone. She also worked closely with my sister in picking out exactly what we needed to match our theme and overall look for our wedding. I would use them again for any event in the future.

We used the Prop Shop for all of our wedding rentals. KJ was great to work with and made sure that we had everything we needed for our special day to be perfect. It ended up raining alllll day so the big tent and side walls were great to have. We actually got married under the tent on the dance floor due to the rain and the lights inside the tent made everything so romantic. The dance floor was a hit and everybody was busting some moves on it and some point during the night!
