Capt. Rob's Pigalicious Barbecue Catering is a onsite catering only business located in Mechanicsville, Virginia. We service Richmond VA market and central Virginia. We would be glad to discuss doing an event outside of the area. With onsite catering we can guarantee a high quality, fresh product. We cook for only one event per day making the meal memorable for the bride and groom. Pigalicious can cater any of the bridal events that require that something different food. We can make the meal laid back or upscale by just changing how we present the smoked meats and comfort side dishes. We can do a basic bbq with pulled pork, chicken, baked beans and slaw or we can do something a little upscale with our smoked flank steak with portobello sauce, red skinned sour cream mashed potatoes, and roasted veggies. It's your choice and your meal so if you don't see what you like on our menu, just ask and maybe we can do that special dish that holds a memory. We do appetizers, non-alcohol drink stations, bar pouring services, etc. We usually do lunch for the bridal party because everyone is too busy to go get lunch on the wedding day. It is amazing how good a smoked hot dog taste.We will also leave the leftover's with client if refrigeration is available.
