Chef Anthony and his team exceeded our expectations! Our guests raved about the appetizers and our dinner buffet and several guests mentioned it was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding! Chef Anthony hosted an amazing pre-wedding tasting which helped us to plan our menu. He responded to emails promptly, had a warm and vivacious personality and clearly took pride in preparing every dish.. We highly recommend The Prancing Chef!

We booked TPC before tasting based on recommendations from our planner ( we lived 4 hours away and tasting wasn’t possible with the timeline). We wanted “california modern cuisine” and boy did Chef Anthony deliver. He ended up delivering a to-go tasting to our hotel when we came down for hair and make up trials, and we fell in love with the food. My favorite was the Tri tip and his sauces. Additionally, he made wonderful GF/DF/Vegan options for some of our guests - one even brought it up to me 6 months later!!

We did buffet style for 150 guests at Terra Mia and it was a total hit and much more reasonably priced compared to 2 other quotes we got. TWO THUMBS UP HERE! Thank you Chef Anthony!!!

We booked The Prancing Chef for a plated dinner, dessert, and bar service for our 40 person intimate wedding. From start to finish we were super impressed with Chef Anthony and his team. They were a joy to work with and really go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with the catering. The service on the day of was amazing, his staff were kind, warm, and joyful. They really matched the energy of the wedding which I loved. The food was absolutely delicious and the deserts were amazing. They even made a special desert for my guest with dietary restrictions and hand delivered it to her. Food was high on my list of priorities, and they definitely exceeded my expectations.
