As General Manager, it is Leslie's job to make sure that everyone has what they need to do the best job they can for you. Leslie has been with The Pinnacle for over 20 years, having filled the positions necessary to prepare her for her current role. With this background, and her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting, Leslie has the skills and experience to make sure everything at The Pinnacle runs smoothly.

Dawn has been a valuable asset to The Pinnacle for over 13 years; she has worked hard to maintain and go above our standards and has been highly dedicated to her job. She is a proud mother of two children and wife to her husband Ben. Dawn is originally from Livonia, Michigan, but has been living in Toledo for many years. She has had a career in the restaurant business since she was 15 years old, and has experience bartending at several restaurants. She's a pro at running events and making sure they go smoothly. From weddings to conferences, Dawn will make sure your event is a success.

Chef Bill brings an impressive two+ decades of experience to our kitchen at The Pinnacle. Chef Bill has been the head chef at a number of private country clubs and boating clubs in both Ohio and Michigan. A native of New York, Chef Bill holds a degree from the prestigious Johnson & Wales Culinary School in Providence, Rhode Island.
