Our Event Managers are professional and courteous. At Graystone Hall, we understand the importance of communication during the event planning process, which is why our management staff is available to answer all of your questions or concerns. Our prompt customer service is only one of many reasons Graystone Hall maintains such a high standard of excellence.

  1. Check current availability on our website.
  2. We are located off 795 in Perrysburg which is very close to the exit off 75 by Bass Pro Shops AND very close to the turnpike exit. Very simple directions and little travel time will do for any out-of-town traveling guests.
  3. We work with a group of hotels just minutes away for anyone needing hotel accommodations, with one that provides shuttle bus transportation to the venue and back to the hotel!
  4. We can fit up to 350 guests which is VERY comfortable for an estimated guest count from 125-250. Even at the max of 350 guests, we can still supply you with a HUGE dance floor of about 1,200 sq ft. Guests and children love the comfortable space that they can celebrate the night away with the special couple.
  5. We allow outside catering! There is not much in the area that allows you to bring in outside food vendors. Yes, we do have a list of Preferred Caterers to choose from but you can bring in that catered food that you MUST have for your big day if you wish.
  6. We have our own liquor license. You won’t have to worry about purchasing all the beverages and supplying the bartenders on your own! We take care of the hassle for you and also have discounted drink prices for those under 21!

Lewis Wedding 10-5-19

I cannot say enough great things about this hall and the amazing women that runs/owns it! Laura was nothing short of amazing and made this a breeze. Their prices are great, the hall is absolutely beautiful and I was filled with questions the entire year that we were in contact and she never ever had a problem helping me and almost always returned my phone calls the same day. Very flexible with meeting times and very thorough when explaining everything. We also used her for chair covers and they were beautiful. Our reception was perfect because we had the perfect venue! I highly recommend Graystone and anything else wedding related that Laura has to offer. I would 100% book them again, but let’s hope I never need to LOL. Thanks for an amazing wedding reception Laura and the team at Graystone! ❤️

Professional and Patient

Laura, the hall manager was fantastic to work with through this process. She was able to show me the hall multiple times and give me example layouts of prior weddings. Laura was patient and very helpful through the /year and a half process I had of planning my 7/13/19 wedding.

Graystone was perfect for our reception. I loved the stage for the bridal party to set on. It was perfect size to have all 25 tables plus a huge dance floor. Laura was great to plan with. With the heavy amounts of rain we had on our wedding day, the hall did experience some flooding; however, there were people there all evening taking care of it. Our reception continued on and it did not wreck a thing! Thank you Graystone!

Graystone was an excellent venue for the number of people we had, which was 300. It was cozy but there was plenty of space for people to dance and move around. Laura was accommodating and attentive to our needs.

I heard positive feedback from other people who had their wedding receptions at Graystone, so I checked them out. I thought Laura was really friendly and helpful and the cost was affordable. The staff was very friendly and the hall looked SO beautiful.

It was frustrating to only be in the hall a certain amount of time the night before without paying extra, even though they didn't have another event scheduled. There's rules about what you can hang without having to pay someone. They charge extra for certain caterers. The hall was a reasonable cost though and it fit everyone very comfortably.

2020 Wedding

The rental pricing was reasonable for the size of the hall. We had a couple issues with last minute changes due to covid-19 restrictions. I know the host was fairly new, but I think she should be more knowledgeable about policies, pricing and procedures so more questions are answered upfront instead of going back and forth waiting for answers. It was already difficult to have a wedding during the pandemic with the guidelines we had to follow, but for the owner to be there harassing my guests (couples standing together) was very unacceptable! Most of the staff was friendly but there was a couple that were rude.

Looks nice but....

Where do I begin... For starters, there was a change in hands with the hall managers that was not communicated to us until I received a message via the knot about asking if I wanted to book/tour the place (we already had booked at this point). THEN, we had issues multiple issues with our bill and being overcharged almost $500. Luckily, we were able to catch their mistakes. Now onto wedding day, after MONTHS of communication back and forth and paperwork that has been filled out, you would think they would know how to spell the newlywed's last name....WRONG!! Both the sign out front AND the bar sign were spelled incorrectly and took some time to finally correct the issue. Additionally, they refused to open the bar at 6pm when it was supposed to be open all because the bride and groom were not in the building yet. It also didn't help that the new manager is a wedding coordinator herself so you would think she would be more on top of things like this. Overall, the venue was nice and decor was pretty, but the hall manager and staff were very unprofessional.
