The Phoenix Ballroom is an elegant wedding venue located in downtown Waco, Texas. It’s perfect for couples looking for a historic, warehouse-style setting. They offer 10,000 square feet of indoor event space that can be used for both your ceremony and reception. The Phoenix Ballroom is a remodeled space that can be used for intimate gatherings and grand affairs alike.

Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 400 guests with a dance floor at this industrial-style venue. It features beautiful, original hardwood floors, elegant chandeliers and an amazing fireplace. The Phoenix Ballroom also boasts stately columns, and can easily be decorated as you see fit. It was remodeled in 2007, and its scars from a previous fire create a unique interior decor. Restrooms and a catering kitchen are also on site.

This full-service venue has been a part of the wedding industry since 2009. They offer event planning services and event rentals to ensure your celebration is a success. Several different size tables and chairs are offered in their wedding package to accommodate a variety of floor plans and configurations. Setup and cleanup is also included in your rental fee, along with ample parking for you and your guests. Additional services include:

History
This unique wedding and event venue was once home to the Crawford Austin Manufacturing Co. The building was used for the manufacturing of tents and tarps during World War I and II. It had been left unused until 2007, when it was remodeled into the gorgeous entertainment venue it is today.

Location
The Phoenix Ballroom is located in Waco, Texas just a few blocks from Baylor University. The Magnolia Silos, The Findery and The Brazos River are all within walking distance. Many restaurants and retail shops in the downtown area are also nearby.
