Winding Brooks is a stunning banquet hall located in Ennis, Texas. Located 40 miles south of Dallas, this privately owned and operated indoor and outdoor event space could make for the perfect backdrop for your dream wedding day celebration. Winding Brooks is a labor of love designed and built by the owner, Ed, who is always excited to have couples celebrate their big day!
Facilities and Capacity Winding Brooks is home to two unique event spaces: the breathtaking banquet hall and the lush gardens. The gardens are a highlight of the event space, as they offer beautiful shade trees, and water features with winding streams that gently cascade into large water ponds. This gorgeous landscape acts as a stunning backdrop for the 5,000-square-foot banquet hall that includes a spacious bridal suite, spacious groom's suite, and a large food service room. The Winding Brooks event space is sure to satisfy all of your wedding day needs.

Mrs. Suzanne and Mr. Ed at Winding Brooks are absolutely amazing. From the moment we reached out to her inquiring about the venue, I knew this place was something special. After meeting her and seeing their beautiful venue, she made it easy to say yes. Mr. Ed takes lots of pride in his venue and his landscaping. It is so well kept and absolutely beautiful for an oitdoor or indoor wedding. Mrs. Suzanne has great communication and truly wants your day to be how you want it and helps how she can to make it go smoothly. We are so beyond blessed to have found this beautiful place. Our guests had so many positive things to say about it and our night to remember wouldn't of been possible without them.

Astonishing venue
Winding Brooks is an amazing place to have a wedding. Suzanne helped me a lot when my bartenders fell through right away she helped me and reached out the bartenders she usually hires. Also, when my minister backed out, she recommended for me to reach out to lovenoteswedding.com she made sure my wedding went smoothly. Thank you so much Suzanne and Ed. Everybody love the venue!!

Wedding went off without a hitch. Everything & everyone was superb. Mad the whole wedding stress free.
I will refer this place for future weddings. Everything was very well organized and all involved were very professional. This made the whole we’d stress free for the bride and groom.

Phenomenal
Winding Brooks is absolutely Phenomenal. The venue is stunning and a true garden oasis. The owners are the sweetest people you will ever meet, and go above and beyond for all their clients. Book a tour, and see for yourself!

Great venue
I have had a wedding and a 90th birthday party at Winding Brooks. Both turned out great! Staff is very helpful with planning and recommendations of vendors. The grounds are beautiful year round.

LOVE Winding Brooks!
I was the coordinator and officiant for Jose and Ashley at Winding Brooks over the weekend and just HAD to share how much I enjoyed both working with and at this venue.
The owner, Suzanne, was friendly, quick to follow-up and answer some questions in prep for the Big Day, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for the couple, their guests, and the other vendors.
If you're looking for the perfect venue in Ennis, you've just found yourself a great one :)
