I was the coordinator and officiant for Jose and Ashley at Winding Brooks over the weekend and just HAD to share how much I enjoyed both working with and at this venue.
The owner, Suzanne, was friendly, quick to follow-up and answer some questions in prep for the Big Day, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for the couple, their guests, and the other vendors.
If you're looking for the perfect venue in Ennis, you've just found yourself a great one :)

Phenomenal
Winding Brooks is absolutely Phenomenal. The venue is stunning and a true garden oasis. The owners are the sweetest people you will ever meet, and go above and beyond for all their clients. Book a tour, and see for yourself!Winding Brooks's reply:

My husband and I got married here June 7, 2020.
When we first came to view this place in 2019 we were blown away at the lush green oasis, with a gorgeous pond and breathtaking views. We also loved that they had a large reception hall (that they lovingly built by hand) and that it was large enough for us to have the reception and ceremony if we had to move things inside. You know, Texas weather is so unpredictable.
Suzanne was very sweet and professional from the day we signed our contract to the last moment of our wedding day. She was so patient with our many questions and consistent with her communication to make sure every detail of our special day was taken care of. Even the day of the wedding, her and her husband worked tirelessly to make sure everyone knew where to go and even went to the extent of driving our guests from the parking to the ceremony site in their own golf carts.
My husband and I feel extremely blessed to have had the opportunity to meet Suzanne and have our special day be celebrated here. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose this venue in a heart beat.Winding Brooks's reply:

Guido Wedding
Susan was always reading available and very flexible with us! She made sure we were taken care of and all our questions answered! Her husband, Ed, was extremely helpful and kind on the day of the wedding! This place is beautiful and the owners are equally amazing people!Winding Brooks's reply:

Beautiful venue at a great price within 30 miles of Dallas. It was such a great value compared to other venues in the area. The space fits up to 250 people so there’s more than enough room for large weddings. The owners were wonderful and super responsive whenever a question arose. Definitely worth a trip to check out the property at the very least.Winding Brooks's reply:

Beautiful venue, great price!
Beautiful venue and fabulous owners! They are super flexible, have all the best recommendations for local vendors, and they delivered every step of the way! We looked at 10+ venues in East Texas, and this one has the best price for the value provided in our opinion. We had the perfect day!Winding Brooks's reply:

Sarah Sent on 05/15/2018Suzanne & Ed are second to none! They were so accomodating, knowledgable and helpful from the first email until we drove off the property as bride and groom. From the moment you turn off the freeway the views are gorgeous. The property is a garden oasis. The venue is nothing short of breathtaking. Inside, the bride and groom each have separate dressing quarters, big enough for the whole entourage. The bridal suite is stunning. They coordinated vendors the day of and ensured our day went off without a hitch. They helped make our day perfect from beginning to end and we are forever grateful! We love Winding Brooks and you surely will too.

Rachel Sent on 01/05/2018Suzanne was wonderful since day one! Her venue was so beautiful - inside and outside. She was always available to answer all my questions, and helped me with my wedding planning. On wedding day, she directed traffic and parking, she provided rides to/from my guest’s cars, and she worked well with my vendors. She was easy to talk to, and more importantly, I could not get over how beautiful the venue was on my wedding day!

Ciara Sent on 01/04/2018Winding Brooks was the PERFECT venue for our special day! Suzanne was always willing to help when needed and wanted to make our wedding day as smooth and perfect as possible. Their venue is BEAUTIFUL is well taken care of! I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else.
There was thunderstorms the day of my bridal photos so Suzanne let me go back to the venue two weeks later to retake my bridals! There was also a huge chance of rain on our wedding day, but thankfully it passes us and we were able to have our ceremony outdoors! However, had there been rain Suzanne and her husband were ready to move everything inside for us. So sooooo helpful!Winding Brooks's reply:

She takes the importance of your big day very seriously! The venue is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous!!! There are so many wonderful picture opportunities! This is a hidden gem you just have to see!!
