We choose a easy pasta buffet for our small wedding. Tiffany and her group are amazing. The food was delicious and the veggies lasagna was a win for some guests.

We would highly recommend using The Orange Rabbit. The food was absolutely amazing and all of our guests loved it. People definitely went back for seconds and I heard one guest went back for their fifth plate!! We interviewed multiple caterers and Tiffany had the most positive energy and was just generally excited to caterer our wedding for us. She was reasonably priced and had excellent communication. We really appreciated her services and it made our wedding day that more special.

Orange Rabbit did a great job of providing a buffet dinner. First course, an impressive charcuterie! I chose chicken, vegetables, bread and pilaf, wish I had added a green salad. They also did a breakfast for the next day. During the arranging it all, Tiffany was fabulous to work with. She was helpful and was willing to flex with my ideas. I would use them again!

Tiffany and James are both friendly and professional. We had wanted to grill at our outdoor wedding reception and they executed perfectly. Everything turned out great and everyone loved the freshly grilled meat and veggies. The mashed potatoes and salad were also delicious. I highly recommend the orange rabbit to anyone looking for reliable, friendly and flexible chefs. ❤️ thank you and great to meet you both!

On time delivery first of all so greatly appreciated it.
The Prime Rib was great and enough to feed all guest and then some to go.
The Chicken was prepared well and it was just enough for all guest.
The Crab/Avocado Salad was delicious and all loved it.
The Wild Rice was good in the beginning but the flame extinguished too soon and left to get cold. (Improvement point)
The Garlic Asparagus was too well done and became too soft and the proportionate amount was less than adequate. (Improvement point)

Taylor mountain ranch staff came to rescue and did a fantastic job with maintaining and keeping the heat going on the buffets entrees but that left a couple of holes in their support on other venue such as distributing champagne toasts and cake cutting and serving.
If a few of our guests didn’t step up to help out where Taylor Mountain ranch staff was supposed to, something else could have lacked the attention it required. (Improvement point)

We had 4 no-show guests (due to medical reasons) so all should have gone flawlessly.

Overall all was great except a couple of important improvement points for the next time.

We were excited to use this new caterer and I think most of the food was very good but there were a couple of things I was not happy about. They just dropped off our food and were unable to provide someone to make sure it stayed warm and tidy. The person who was supposed to stay with the buffet line had the flu and I wanted to be understanding but we were charged a 15% gratuity. I found this confusing as I thought tips were for serving and venue staff ended up being the ones who tried to look over our buffet line. The wild rice was undercooked and cold; Taylor Mt staff tried to wam it for us. Also, we ran out of asparagus on the first two tables as the amount provided for the number of guests was out of proportion. We had five less guests than we anticipated so there should have been plenty of everything. The prime rib was delicious and plentiful-we even took home leftovers. The chicken thigh was also good but no leftovers for this protein. The guests loved the crab avocado salad. All went well since Taylor Mt staff filled in gaps and our guests stepped in to help with service needs such as cake and champagne toast service. Thank goodness I have such supportive close friends!

The flavor is good and they are on time. A kind reminder that the amount of the food for a person may not enough for an average man's need. You may want to consider ordering an extra amount if you want to work with Orange Rabbit. We made a couple of people starving in our wedding including the bride and groom due to the cater overlooking to offer the salad as listed on the website and the food wasn't enough for the guests. (We ordered the exact amount for the number of guests who attended including several kids for the wedding.....)
