I cannot recommend this venue enough! Clarissa and Rob treated us so well from the first tour we took all throughout the year and a half of planning to the day of our wedding reception. We booked a Sunday package and while we were a little worried about people from the previous wedding being out on time for our guests to be accommodated, they did an amazing job keeping us in the loop with updates. We were granted access early morning (as promised) to start decor and we used so much from their decor barn which was a great extra! Seth went above and beyond, even when he had to stay to cover the night manager last minute. He ran the golf carts for us, bartended, and was totally on top of everything that came his way! We cannot thank The Oaks team enough for making our day go as smooth as possible and have everything ready to go in such a small turnaround! Being able to wake up and have breakfast with our family in the cabin area is extremely worth booking this overnight venue.

We got married at The Oaks at High Hill this past weekend and it was truly the most beautiful venue we could have asked for. The property has everything you need, and the scenery is breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and so helpful throughout the entire weekend. Our coordinator, Kym was amazing—we couldn’t have done the weekend without her, the guest and wedding party haven’t stopped talking about how good she was! Having the cabins onsite for our wedding party was a total game changer and made the whole weekend feel seamless and special. Getting married under the oak tree was absolutely picture-perfect. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free place to celebrate their big day!

Whole staff was super friendly and helpful. So many things went wrong with other vendors but our coordinator Kym was on top of everything!

The venue is gorgeous and so well thought out. There are places to stay on the property, the grooms area and bridal area are on opposite sides of the property so there is no chance of accidentally seeing one another, there is space to get married outside or inside, they have a beautiful patio with a brand new fire pit area! And the day of coordinator Kym is the best and made our day truly perfect! Highly recommend! All of my friends and family thought that the venue was perfect

We had the most incredible experience here for our daughter’s wedding!! I couldn’t possibly recommend this venue enough! Rob & his team are wonderful to work with, always aiming for perfection & customer satisfaction. Their main goal is to make sure you have the most amazing experience ever for the most important day of your bride’s life! I will be eternally grateful for finding this little diamond in Central Texas! We’d choose them again & again!✨

The Oaks at High Hill is not only a stunning venue but it is run by the most wonderful people. Clarissa and Rob went above and beyond to ensure our wedding reception was everything we wanted. They are continually looking to improve the venue to include the latest and greatest amenities - in fact they added outdoor fireplaces the week before our wedding since it was going to be extra cold outside. They were so accommodating and responsive throughout the wedding process, it made the whole event run so smoothly. And the actual venue - WOW. The grounds are stunning and we loved that everything we needed was on-site; we could get ready on-site and stay overnight there as well. Due to COVID we moved the dance portion of the reception to the outdoor patio and it had more than enough space for guests to space out. Highly highly recommend!

Where to even begin with this gorgeous venue… Rob, Clarissa and the rest of the Oaks at High Hill team went above and beyond over the course of our entire wedding planning journey. Anytime I would reach out to them, I would instantly get a response. That alone says so much in my eyes. I am a firm believer of positive customer service and over communication. There was never a moment that we doubted choosing The Oaks at High Hill as our venue for our wedding. The venue alone is absolutely gorgeous! You will not find chandeliers as large and beautiful at any other location-absolutely breathtaking! We were affected by Covid and had to postpone our celebration to a later date. Never once did we receive hesitation from Rob and Clarissa about the change of date. When I say these venue owners go out on a limb to make your wedding day/weekend special… That is exactly what The Oaks at High Hill did for us. Our guests even brag about the venue and the owners as being so friendly and attentive from what they witnessed. You will not regret your decision with choosing The Oaks at High Hill for your wedding location! I wish we could get married all over again, every single weekend just to be able to work with Rob and Clarissa and the rest of the venue team!
