The Cedars Ranch has been thoughtfully designed to include a range of indoor and outdoor spaces for your special day. Designed by award-winning architects, our venue facilities include our gorgeous event hall (seating 200), beautiful tree-lined plaza (seating 200+), high character cocktail lounge, intimate garden and gazebo, and large outdoor ceremony site (seating 200+) under our majestic live oaks.

Our event hall is a dreamy contemporary wedding and event space, intentionally designed to let you enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while being inside. With reception seating capacity for 200 guests, its open slatted wall features allow abundant natural light during the day, and help your guests feel immersed in the surrounding beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Our event hall offers the best of both worlds- providing an indoor space with great lighting and the four barn doors provide an open-air option allowing for fresh air circulation. And what's more, our hall and entire venue is run on renewable energy in the form of solar power.

When you get married at The Cedars Ranch, you and all your guests have exclusive access to all of our event spaces and ceremony site for the entire day. Included in your rental fee are tables and chairs for 200 guests, bistro tables and chairs (ideal for a creative bar setup or cocktail hour on our plaza!), four moveable bars, ceremony benches for 200+ people, and much more! We have a caterer's prep kitchen and a serviced site for food trucks too. No hidden fees!

With overnight lodging for up to nearly 100 people and plenty of fun activities onsite, The Cedars Ranch offers a unique opportunity to provide your wedding/event guests with an unforgettable, all-inclusive type of experience in the beautiful Texas Hill Country! With a full property weekend buyout (all event spaces + 23 unique lodging units) you have the ability to host your welcome party/rehearsal dinner Friday evening in the cocktail lounge, pool bar/deck, or event hall. Then on Saturday, you and your guests can participate in outdoor activities (swimming pool/hot tub, pickleball, hiking, outdoor games, etc.) and explore private access to 20 acres of gently rolling wooded landscape, all prior to holding the indoor + outdoor celebration of your dreams using our event facilities and various gathering spaces in whatever manner you desire! And don’t forget about hosting your guests one more time on Sunday morning with a farewell breakfast/brunch in the event hall or cocktail lounge, or even al fresco in the plaza or pool bar/deck!
