Love Jamie

Jamie was amazing to work with. She did the flowers for a friend’s wedding which were gorgeous and she was only 5 min from my dads home, so it was a match! She is flexible, can work in budget, honest with me on where I could save and what was more practical for September in Napa. She made simply stunning, organic arrangements. The flower girls loved their head wreaths and baskets. The bouquets were just what I had asked for and more! Stunning. Thanks for making my wedding extra special Jamie! Check out her bud vases at Oxbow Market in Napa.

Jaime is a true artist! I could not be more thrilled in my decision to do our florals for our private elopement at the Carneros Resort and Spa. I spent some time looking at the websites of different floral designers and the aesthetic of The Monkey Flower Group jumped out at me! I loved the fact that she is an eco-florist (meaning all the flowers are grown on her property and she uses only biodegradable binding) and the examples on her site were so beautiful and full of whimsy. I didn't have a specific idea of what my bouquet should look like... I believe the guidance I gave her was something along the lines of "I like loose, modern bouquets with flowing greenery. My colors are rose quartz and gold and I don't like roses." She took that direction and created the most exquisite bouquet... not even in my wildest imagination could I have come up with something more perfect! She even guided me towards using a vintage scarf given to me by a family member to keep my bouquet eco-friendly but still giving it the polished look of a ribboned (and bad for the earth) arrangement. She also created a totally unique and offbeat boutonniere for my husband- which was just what he wanted! I'm so grateful for Jaime's passion and artistry- she is the best!

Jaime is amazing. Having the Monkey Flower Group do the flowers for my wedding and welcome party was one of the best decisions I made. I wanted a florist that I could trust to make my vision come to life, but that I didn't have to be extremely specific. When I talked to Jamie, I knew that she totally understood what I wanted. I wanted a lot of whites & greens, and I wanted the florals to be an extension of the beautiful landscape that my venue was in (it was a farm). The Monkey Flower Group also helped with styling - they brought in all the candles, used locally sourced flowers, and even had pieces that we were able to use like marble blocks for table numbers and adorable ceramic vases by a local ceramicist that were just part of her services. Through the entire process, she was considerate, professional, and so helpful and reasonable. I also appreciated that she was so honest with me when it came to the cost, and what was really necessary. When I saw the tables in the barn, and all the other details - I couldn't believe how beautiful her styling was. And best of all, Jamie is so sweet - I felt like I could trust her from the beginning and enjoyed every opportunity to talk or email with her!

Jaime is not just an amazing professional, she is an artist! Her work has such a sense of place and season. She was a joy to work with and really worked to understand my vision (and my budget - just as important, but not as fun to talk about).

Jaime did an amazing job. We selected her based on her use of local flowers and simple yet chic style. She was incredibly attentive to our needs and responsive to our many questions. Initially, we had envisioned small simple centerpieces but then Jaime had to manage my in-laws desire for larger elegant centerpieces and she came up with someone perfect that made everyone happy. She did not complain once about the back and forth. She looked at our pinterest to interpret our style and even learned about our culture's ceremony customs in order to come up with the perfect arrangements. Everything she created for us embodied our style with ease. She went above and beyond and even created the exact moss bowl for the ring bearer that we wanted. The headpieces for the flower girls were adorable and the petals she gave them to throw were a great mix of herbs and gardena petals which made it smell incredible. I cannot say enough good things about Jaime - she was very reasonable prices, flexible and friendly.

Jamie did a beautiful job on the flowers for our wedding. She was very easy to work with during the entire process. I kept my bouquet in the vase Jamie provided and was able to enjoy it along with the other flowers for almost a week after the wedding.

I looked for so many florists in the Bay Area, and I stopped looking once I found the Monkey Flower Group. I was so impressed with their designs, their commitment to buy and grow locally, and their fantastic customer service. In my first phone call with Jaime at the Monkey Flower Group, I felt like I was talking to a friend about my wedding. She had such fantastic suggestions, and she seemed to really listen to what I wanted. I completely trusted that she would come up with the best floral design possible within our budget, and WOW, did she ever!

We got so many compliments on our beautiful flowers. I loved my bouquet so much that I carried it with me on my flight back home. The flight attendants kept commenting on not only how beautiful it looked, but on how wonderful it smelled! I couldn’t have been happier with the flowers we got for our wedding, and Jaime was so easy to work with. We had a tight budget, and she really made it work so well. I would highly recommend the Monkey Flower Group to all brides in the area!

I think my wife liked the florist more than me. Great value, great creativity, great person to work with. Perhaps the best vendor off an impressive list we worked with for our wedding.

Jaime is not only a florist but an artist! The organic, natural, elegant yet simple look that Jaime created for our wedding tables was a stunning masterpiece. The gorgeous table settings were jaw dropping! From the moment our guests arrived and signed our wishing stones and saw Jaime's beautiful floral pieces to our beautiful birch chuppa to the lovely floral arrangements in our lounge, we could not have been happier with the results. Jaime is so easy to work with to create the vision we could only dream about. Jaime will make your dreams come true for any special occasion. Our wedding was beyond our expectations and in large part to the absolutely breathtaking floral designs created by Jaime.

I love flowers, especially the kind grown in local gardens and not airlifted from a different continent dipped in preservatives. So when it comes time to plan my wedding, I initially gravitated towards Devoto Gardens (they sell at the SF Ferry Bldg farmer's market) and they recommended Jaime to me.

Jaime is just so great, in every way. From our first phone chat, to the wedding flowers, the process was easy, simple and just so... wonderful. She suggested I put together a Pinterest page of my wedding style and that was all I did really, I figured I should let the artist do her thing, and boy oh boy did she exceed my expectations. I felt like Jaime read my mind on what I wanted for my wedding flowers, even if I didn't have the language to describe to her what I wanted. She just knew from browsing my pinterest board.

On the day of the wedding, Jaime didn't just deliver the flowers, she stayed for a good amount of time to assemble the finishing touches and made sure all the flowers were properly displayed the way she wanted on the tables. Jaime styled them all on site as if my wedding was a Style Me Pretty feature, it was just amazing.

I would give Jaime 10 stars out of 5 if I could. I only wish I lived closer to Napa so I could continue enjoying her work via the flower subscription which she is offering now!
