Specializing in wedding planning LREP devotes the time needed to planning every individual aspect of a wedding down to the last moment. Our motto is "it's all in the details". The owner has over 15 years of experience in event planning and has developed a wide vendor network which makes planning for events of all sizes and budgets easy and stress-free.

Services Offered At Liberty Rose Event Planning, our team helps plan a variety of events including proposals and engagements, birthdays, corporate events, class reunions, bridal and baby showers, and of course various types of weddings, including civil unions, religious and non-religious ceremonies, LGBTQI, and eco-friendly weddings. We provide assistance depending on each couple’s specific needs.
Full planning services provide support from the day you decided to marry until your honeymoon. We also offer partial planning and day-of coordination. All of these options include event designing, wedding timelines, to-do lists, budget analysis, and more.

It’s hard to describe just how great Whitney is at her job. I was sort of a “hands off” bride in the planning process. I had just started a new job in the middle of my engagement! I had a vision for our big day and Whitney helped execute it flawlessly.
Her responsiveness and communication with our vendors was such a weight lifted from both me and my mom. She recommended quality vendors that helped make the week/day of stress-free! She communicated my vision to them so well, and made great suggestions to me to help me get the most out of my day.
Our wedding truly went PERFECTLY. Could not have imagined it going any smoother than it did. Whitney kept everything going at a good pace from start to finish. I felt like I could have fun and not worry about anything! I know the rest of my family and bridal party felt the same.
I’m going to include of photo of Whitney getting a grasshopper out of my dress seconds before I walked down the aisle. One of my favorites of the whole day!

Whitney was the key to our perfect day!
I hired Whitney after seeing her coordinate a friend’s wedding and I know she would be the key to a smooth wedding day when I became engaged. Whitney offered so much advice and shared her extensive experience with me as I asked 100 questions along the way. We met several times along our engagement to touch base and offer advice. She is very organized and very personable. She listened to what we were looking for and helped us make it a reality. The guests noticed and commented on how instrumental she was at being the go to person for timeline and vendor management. If you’re questioning hiring a day of coordinator, don’t! She’s worth every penny.

Wedding planning
My husband and I recently got married in September 2023. We decided to hire Whitney with The Liberty Rose Event Planning when we were just a couple of months into the wedding planning process. Whitney was PHENOMENAL throughout the entire process, from the first communication all the way through the honeymoon, and since. Our wedding turned out beautifully thanks to Whitney! Words cannot express how thankful my husband and I were for hiring Whitney!! Our day went off without a single hitch and I can give all of that credit to Whitney! She was professional and so kind from the very start and made sure that we had an amazing wedding. If there were any issues that had come up at all we never heard about it and that is all thanks to her. If you aren't sure about hiring a wedding planner you have to put your fears aside and just book her! She made the day what it was and better yet she was extremely reasonably priced. Incredible day, with help from an incredible person!
Whitney has honestly made the whole wedding planning process as stress-free as possible. When I initially met her, I mainly wanted help day of so my family and myself wouldn’t have to stress about all little things. She went above and beyond what she said she would do. She was always available by text to answer all of my silly questions or to just have a second opinion about things. She not only helped with day of coordination, but she was there for the rehearsal, helped design invites and save the dates, creating seating chart arrangements, timelines and all the possible fires (these are just some of the many services she provided). She even helped me with my dress bussle when it ripped…. So, if you’re thinking of having someone to help you with your wedding, Whitney is the best and will help create the most magical day ever!

Amazing Wedding Coordinator, especially during COVID
It’s hard to put into words how amazing Whitney was for our wedding. She was extremely helpful with everything we needed. Before the wedding she soothed a lot of our COVID fears and took the ever changing rules in stride. She was always available to talk or answer our questions (and even let us vent our stress with all the uncertainty of new rules and guidelines). She brought all of our plans together and reached out to all of our vendors to tidy things up and get everyone on the same page. She especially worked her magic on the day of our wedding when there were several hiccups (and worse) with our venue. Go ahead and do yourself a favor and hire Whitney. We can’t recommend her enough.

Amazing and on point!!

I'm the mother of the bride. The bride has special needs and the groom does too. Because of covid19 and a serious illness in our family, the wedding date was changed 3 times. And Whitney was absolutely the best. She totally took care of everything. My daughter wanted a themed wedding with 10 different table decorations. And to say that Whitney nailed it would be an under statement. Thank you, Whitney for making my daughter's dream wedding come true!
