The Lakehouse is truly a magical place! We got married there and had the best time. We were beyond happy with our experience. Susan the owner and Kristan our wedding planner are absolutely incredible!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is a dream come true…❤️❤️❤️

We fell in love with The Lake House the moment we turned the corner into the parking lot. It has so much Old Florida charm and is the epitome of a timeless look for a wedding. The property is stunning and very well kept. The staff is continuing to make upgrades all the time to make it an even more beautiful space.
You have full access to the property, including the house. Our wedding was on a Friday so we were able to stay at the house Thursday night which was super convenient for the early morning of hair and makeup. We also were able to have our rehearsal dinner on the patio.
The ceremony site is what sold us. It creates the most romantic atmosphere. You can get married under a stunning old oak tree covered in Spanish moss and surrounded by lush greenery which makes it feel very private.
We planned to have our cocktail hour on the patio, but weather did not permit. The staff worked hard to help us follow our plan B for having the cocktail hour under the covered reception area.
Working with the staff at the Lake House was a fantastic experience. Susan was very helpful throughout the year leading up to our wedding.
Susana was our month of coordinator and she was outstanding! We had a horrible weather forecast leading up to our wedding day. I spoke with Susana every day to figure out a plan B for our special day. She kept me calm and sane the whole time. She was so welcoming and easy to work with. I would gladly work with her again and highly recommend her!

The perfect venue for the best day of our lives! Our entire experience with The Lake House was incredible from start to finish! So easy to work with, the kindest staff, the greatest coordinator and the most beautiful property! We had a rainy December wedding but it couldn't have been more perfect thanks to our amazing coordinator Kristan who went above and beyond for us!

When my husband and I first visited the Lake House in person, we knew we had to have our wedding there. The Lake House is timeless, beautiful and everything we ever wanted. We got married under the dreamy oak tree, we had our cocktail hour on the deck as well as our first dance and finished the night off with dinner and dancing under the pavilion. Not only was the venue perfect, but Susan was so helpful during the entire process. We then started working with Cathy 30 days before the wedding and she was also there the day of with us - Cathy was INCREDIBLE. She was extremely organized and helped make the day of seamless for us. She made sure we were happy, listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Thank you to the Lake House team for making our wedding day absolutely perfect.

The Lake House was the perfect venue for our wedding. We had to reschedule our wedding and Susan was so helpful in finding a new date for us within 2 months. She also extended a lot of flexibility to us considering our circumstances so we are extremely grateful. Susanna and the entire team were amazing to work with the day of the wedding and leading up, and they made us feel right at home and so comfortable! They all really went over the top and made our wedding day so magical. Absolutely beautiful venue and amazing natural scenery, and our guests all agreed. I would highly recommend!

We chose this venue because it used to belong to my grandfather. My dad spent the majority of his teenage years here and although that was some time ago being at this house again just brought me joy and tears to be able to get married here. Susan was amazing to work with with. She has some really good jokes 😉 to get your mind off of everything else going on the day of. All in all they have kept my families old home alive and even more beautiful than what it used to be ❤️ Thank you Lakehouse for allowing us to get married where my roots started ❤️

We are so happy that we had our wedding at The Lake House. It was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. But, the staff was amazing! Barb and Sophia were always quick to respond to messages/questions. The day of the wedding, Sophia made sure that we had everything we needed, plus getting us drinks/appetizers during cocktail hour when we were taking our pictures. We have absolutely no complaints...we cannot wait to get our pictures and video back. No regrets...totally worth every penny!

Susanna did not disappoint, I wasn’t aware of any issues if any before, during , or after ceremony. She was very responsive and tackled everything effortlessly along with my mom and sister .
